Excellent apartment, it has everything close by, the place is safe, just like the photos, he always responds quickly and the flexibility with the check-in and check-out times is very much appreciated!

The place was conveniently located and you could walk to businesses, restaurants, cafes and bars. The only thing was that it was in front of the street and it was a little noisy once the cars passed by and people started their days. And that two rooms did not have air conditioning. But everything else was great, the house was big, clean and the host was a good and helpful person. And it had a washing machine, which is always very useful.

I felt very comfortable, like at home, it is a very quiet place, with good Internet and there are many shops and places to walk around, everything is relatively close, and Mrs. Mercy is very willing to help in anything, very friendly, I hope to return soon ❤️‍🩹💌

I had an amazing stay at Hernando’s apartment! The location is perfect—accessible and surrounded by vibrant bars, restaurants, markets, and close to the stadium. The apartment was spotless, exactly as shown in the Airbnb photos, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Hotel complies with exactly what it promises, it is just as you can see in the photos, the communication was excellent, they took care of all my concerns in a timely manner, they helped me with everything I needed at all times.

The apartment is very well located although you need a car or uber/ taxi to get around. As such, the apartment is very spacious and illuminated and the amenities of the building are excellent. The apartment is very well equipped. We stayed 6 nights, 3 people and it was perfect.

The place is spectacular. It is very conveniently located, close to many restaurants and bars, supermarkets and places of interest. The building is safe, modern and the security staff are always friendly and helpful. The apartment is nice, clean and equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Juan Carlos and the other hosts are always ready to answer questions and concerns. Definitely a great place to go back to.

Katherine's apartment was an excellent place for us to stay during a medical trip to Colombia. It is just a 3-minute drive to the hospital, which was very convenient. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay; the beds are cozy, the hot showers have great pressure, and the kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. The hostess even provided a fan for added comfort during our recovery after surgery. The building itself is accommodating, and the security guards are very helpful with calling taxis and offering local suggestions. A large pool is available for guests, although it has limited hours. There is also a playground directly below the apartment, where children play happily in the afternoons. The playground closes at 6 PM to ensure a quiet environment for everyone. Additionally, there is a decent gym for workouts. The best part of our stay was the hostess. She was proactive, kind, helpful, and always available to assist us. Highly recommended.

Exceptionally nice and warm welcome with a cake and little balloons ! And the exceptional care continued through our entire stay : any assistance needed, any information requested were responded to quasi immediately and very kindly . The views from the 35th floor at the Infinity sky club building are superb. The rooftop pool is amazing. We HIGHLY recommend this apartment to anybody wanting to have a great sojourn in Bucaramanga.
