I like that everything was well organized here, which made this place so clean and neat and that guests also treated each other with respect. Interior decorations were creatively designed and wall paintings made Shanti’s house warm like home. It’s a pleasant experience staying at Shantihome!

Hôte très réactif, accueillant, bienveillant. Idéalement situé. Intérieur de la chambre très simple et propre. Quand on passe la journée à l’extérieur, pas besoin de plus. Une cuisine commune à disposition, une cour avec table et chaises. On peut même se poser à l’accueil. Les restaurants et bars sont dans les rues adjacentes, bus et train idem. Et beaucoup de choses peuvent se faire à pied. Merci encore ! NB: Lieu certainement parfait pour les jeunes qui voyagent avec un budget limité. (Je suis quinqua et c’était parfait avec ma fille de 20 ans) Si vous avez le sommeil léger, prévoir des bouchons d’oreille le samedi soir et tout ira bien.

Otel personeli ilgili, güler yüzlü ve profesyoneldi. Oda temizdi ve otelde kaldığımız süre boyunca her gün temizlendi.. Kahvaltı son derece yeterli bir kahvaltı. Bir kahvaltıda olması gereken her şey vardı denilebilir. Otelin bulunduğu semt güvenli ve çoğu yere yakındı. Şahsen biz arabayı park edip her yere yürüyerek gidebildik.

We enjoyed staying at this place. It ismin good location close to Smyrna old town and famous Kemeralti bazaar in Izmir. Apprtment was very clean and owner provided unlimited drinking water which was available on the hall. Thank you!

Close to public transportation, very cozy. The breakfast was really good. The central location really helps to cut down on travel time, lots of places for eating & drinking in the proximity. Would recommend

The owners were very friendly, which I appreciated at first, but over time it became a bit overwhelming. They frequently wanted to come down and visit. I brought my client for a medical trip, so it would have been more helpful if they had welcomed us initially and then given us space to focus on our tasks without feeling obligated to. During our stay, my client had an accident on the bed, and I promptly paid for the mattress. Unfortunately, there was also an accident on a cloth sofa that could have easily been steam cleaned. However, the host advised that we had to pay the full price of $2,900 USD to replace the sofa. I felt this was excessive, especially considering it’s a rental property where normal wear and tear should be expected.

giriş çıkışta herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık, temizlik konusunda da sıkıntı yoktu. resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar ilgiliydi, her şey söylendiği gibiydi. uzun süreli kalmak için konum olarak eğlence mekanlarından dolayı sıkıntılı bir yer fakat kapıyı tam kapatınca kısa süreli kalmada sorun olmuyor.
