A great place to stay for larger groups. Close to surrounding attractions, many restaurants, and A&M. The hosts are responsive and provided any/all information needed. Was an amazing stay!

David was a great host. Quite frankly he was the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. He was prompt, responsive and the checkout process was seamless. Most hosts ask you to take out the trash, run the dishwasher, load dirty towels, etc…. David didn’t ask for any of this to be done. Thanks again, David!

My family loved staying at this house. It had everything we needed and a beautiful pool to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was as expected! Spacious living areas great if have elderly parents in wheel chair or need space for a baby's pacnplay. Super clean. Close to campus. Friendly host! Would 100% stay here again given the chance.

This was a very pleasant stay for our son's graduation from A&M. Before arriving, Travis had contacted us with a small issue that he could have kept from us, but he not only disclosed it, but he remedied it quickly (before we even got there). The home was spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. It had everything that we needed and more. I don't know if I missed it from the pictures, but there was an extra living area that I didn't know we would have! We didn't get to use the pool, but it was a cute touch. Check in and out was very easy, and Travis is one of the best hosts we've stayed with down at College Station. His integrity is very much appreciated, and we enjoyed his home and the entire experience. Thank you, Travis!

Our family enjoyed a staycation here at Shane’s place and had the best time. Never left the house. Just enjoyed grilling, swimming, and being with family. I love the character of this older home and the burnishing were super cool! The fenced in back yard was perfecttttttt for our doggos. Thanks Shane! You helped us make some memories :)

Perfect house for our stay! Beds/rooms for everyone, and we were able to relax and enjoy each other’s company instead of waiting in line at restaurants, etc. Hosts were very responsive.

This location was perfect for our stay while visiting our daughter at A&M for Family Weekend. It is in a very quiet apartment complex, and while it's a fairly frills-free place, it is exactly what we needed, and we would stay here again! Having a washer/dryer was such a bonus (bring your own detergent), and the beds were extra comfy. There's plenty of storage space and a huge closet, along with extra blankets. Although there is a coffeemaker, you will need to bring your own coffee. The decor is cute, and we loved how quiet everything was. It is a first floor apartment, but we heard zero noise from the 2nd floor above us. The drive to A&M is only a few minutes, or an Uber ride was super reasonable......at the time of our stay, it was usually around $8-9. If you aren't looking for the Taj Mahal, this is really an affordable, comfortable, and convenient place to stay when visiting College Station.

We had activities all week on campus and around town. The location was perfect - a quick drive to anywhere we needed to be. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms meant plenty of room and it was easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. We also enjoyed the pool and the little balcony was a lovely quiet place in the mornings. The price was great for the week! Highly recommend!!

Everything was perfect. Very clean and very spacious. Mandy was VERY quick to respond on all questions I had. Only complaint was no TVs in the bedrooms. That being said it was also very nice to take a break from the TV when turning in for the night. We would 1000% recommend this place and will 1000% stay there again!

Beautiful space. Loved the king size beds and the mattresses were divine. Linens were lush. Appreciated the snacks in the kitchen. Decor was tasteful. Really fabulous condo in College Station. Super clean. Ample parking. No complaints whatsoever. One of the best places we have stayed at. We had some trouble figuring out the front door keypad but Kristina responded right away and helped us get in. She was flexible with checkin time so we were able to freshen up before the graduation ceremony. Overall a wonderful experience with a gracious host.

We enjoyed our stay. The place had plenty of room for us and didn’t feel crowded. Well located, clean and quiet. Had everything we needed and expected. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.
