Romantic, small 2-room rustic lovingly furnished in Caneggio is located in a sunny location  in the Muggiotal at 555 m above sea level, above Mendrisio. Great hiking area. Floor size of 16 m² each.  Dogs are welcome. Please contact us in advance. No parking is available right in front of the house. Access possible (without parking option - only stopover to unload luggage). For details, see "Guest access". Only suitable for people who are good walkers. Shopping right in the village.

Luxurious apartment with lake view near Bellagio

LaDimora was built in 1850 on the Strada Regia. This is a Roman (donkey) path that connects Como with Bellagio. In the renovation of this cozy farmhouse, all conceivable modern amenities were combined with the beautiful old atmosphere elements. LaDimora is within walking distance of the beach, the bus stop, several restaurants, a bar, canoe and (speed) boat rental and a supermarket where you can buy fresh bread daily and also order pizza (order one day in advance).

The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake. Apartment Margherita overlooks the first basin of Lake Como, just 200 meters from the promenade of Villa Geno and very convenient to reach the lake, boats, the center of Como and transportation. It is located in an old house on the road that goes from Como to Bellagio. Entirely renovated inside, it enjoys a beautiful lake view. Since there are a few steps to climb, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility
