Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Brunswick West

Peta and Daniel's place is well appointed and ideally located. We spent a week there and didn't feel like anything was missing. The kitchen has everything needed to cook for yourself, the unit was very clean and spacious for 2, with plenty of storage space. It is very well located. A 6minute walk to good restaurants and cafes along beautiful treelined streets. Access to public transport (with many options) was a 5 minute walk away. We'll be back. Chris & Anna

Vicki was a great host, clear and precise communication and the accommodation she provided was excellent. The location is great, easy access to public transport, restaurants and shopping. Off street parking is also a bonus for car owners.

I knew it would be noisy with the traffic and the train, it never worried me at all. My husband didnt sleep from the noise. Oh well lol. Where we are from all we hear are crickets and birds so I loved the busy noise for a change. Apartment was great, in great spot, so easy to check in and out. We ate out so didnt use kitchen etc. Great cafe across the street for breakfast. If I had to say a bad word it would be the towels. They are thin and worn. We enjoyed our stay at Bo"s place. It was great..

We were able to find the lockbox and building easily thanks to John’s instructions. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). The apartment was impeccably clean and had all the amenities provided which was really helpful. We loved the location with shops and cafes being a walk across the road. Would highly recommend 👍

This place is perfect and comfortable. So accessible and modern, close to the Fitzroy action and heaps of pubs. Bedroom was so quiet and the kitchen and lounge was so spacious. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic stay here, great location and a very comfortable apartment. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Despite the central location it was also really quiet and felt secure. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely return if in Brunswick again!

Absolutely wonderful and cute little place. My wife and I enjoyed celebrating our wedding anniversary there. We were pleasantly surprised at the proximity to the tollway but it was so quiet, it sounded like a shower of rain which actually helped us sleep. We would recommend this place for anyone wanting to get away for a night or two (from the kids especially)

The stay here was perfect. I stayed with my bridal party the night before my wedding and it had everything we needed. Nancy was also very friendly and responsive which made the booking and checking in process seamless.

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

We had a great time at Eva’s and enjoyed sitting by the fire place and relaxing. It was very close to the tram line which made a trip into the city very easy and fun for the kids. The house was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Mel's apartment in Clifton Hill, a great spot for us during our visit to Melbourne with easy access to tram and trains. A comfortable bed with good linens,a great shower and a welcome selection of tea, coffee and breakfast sundries. Good communication with Mel ,always with a quick response Close to the house the corner shop ,nearby small supermarket were useful and The Dirty Apron cafe was a favourite coffee spot as well as Uncle Drew's Cafe. It was an ideal spot for us when visiting our daughter in Thornbury with easy access to Flinders street and Central Melbourne tourist spots

Ali is very friendly and helpful! The place is awesome and really great for families who travel in Melbourne! Thumbs up for the great service too! During my stay, heater not working but then I let Ali know. The next day it got it fixed already! Responsive and fast service 😊

We absolutely loved our stay and were grateful to call this wonderful apartment “home” if only for one night! The host was very responsive and friendly, making us feel supported and welcome. The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. Ace's place was very enjoyable to stay in for us when we went to Melbourne. Being on the 63rd floor, the view was amazing, and you could not really hear much of the city noises. The amenities of this building were more than enough. We had access to two pools, a gym, and various other amenities that can be accessed through a different booking (e.g. Virtual golf, Library, Karaoke and Mahjong). The location of this place was superb, being right in the middle of the city and having multiple modes of transport right outside the building. Shopping and restaurants were common in the area too. There was a little hiccup during the booking of Ace's place due to some listing errors, but it was generally easy to communicate with him, and we solved the issue pretty fast. One downside is that some extra funds are required if you would like to check in early/late, or if you would like to leave your suitcase within the building. Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

Sheryl is the best host I have dealt with this far. She replies to you within minutes which I have found other hosts can take up to 6-7 hours to reply. Her place was the cleanest I’ve stayed at this far. To sum it up there’s nothing I could complain about at all. The property was great actually the outdoor area was better and bigger than it looked in the pics. Great place with a great host.

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. This is our second time staying at Monica's place. The apartment is clean and tidy, check in is easy, communication with Monica is always smooth. The apartment is very close to tram station, so it's easy to go anywhere. Definitely recommend it if you're paying a visit to Melbourne.
