Excellent apartment. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The neighborhood is very residential, so you have that small town atmosphere (market, coffee, butcher, etc.) It is located 10 minutes by car from Savassi shopping mall and around 20 minutes from the municipal market. The apartment has a very pleasant climate and, on our part, there was no need for air conditioning. I recommend it!

The apartment is complete, has a gas stove, refrigerator, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only thing, however, is the noise: during the weekdays there is a lot of noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place this may not be the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block from Burger King and Subway, 1 block from self-service laundries, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which, although small, is enough to get a sweat on. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost-benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who did the cleaning, and the concierge staff are very nice people! It would return again for sure!

This place was amazing! I would have stayed here for the shower alone! Great pressure and lots and hot water from above! Located within so many great restaurants and bars and still you have peace and quiet at night. All appliances are modern, plenty of space with a great comfortable bed. Best of all Isadora is a wonderful host. She used to call this apartment home and by the thoughtful touches, it shows!

Beautiful and comfortable place. Super cozy. Advice for those who will be staying and even for the host… Be careful with speakers by the pool and even the TV volume near the kitchen, as there are 3 cottages and this can annoy other guests. There are people who will look for the place just to rest and get out of the “chaos” of the city.

We were very well received at your accommodation the house is exactly as shown in the photos, impeccable cleanliness, great quality bed and bath linens and very fragrant, very comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and I highlight the very good hot tub that heats well. We had a perfect holiday at Vanessa's place, the place is wonderful, super quiet, the house was super clean with everything we needed, swimming pool with automatic filter that was also clean. I want to go back!!!

Danielle's house is spectacular, super comfortable, very complete. The outer space is beautiful, lots of nature, impeccable garden. Even with rain we love our stay. It was days of much rest, card games made available by Danielle. The TV room screen is a lot of show, it's home cinema. We highly recommend, we even intend to return as soon as possible.
