We needed to enter the apartment before check-in time and Gustavo was requested. He always responded and even prepared a breakfast. Clean, cozy and quiet apartment. He pointed us to places to go and has great communication. We spent a few days, but it's worth it for those who need to go mainly for events at the Independência stadium, which is very close. The apartment is great, quiet and comfortable. It had everything I needed. Great neighborhood, close to lots of things. And Maria is always a sweetheart and helped with everything I needed, a lovely person who makes you feel at home. I loved it!
