We use it as a passage to our apartment. It is 50 meters to the supermarket, 500 meters to the pedestrian zone, 1.4 km to the train station. Families are welcome with us. De B&B bestaat uit 2 delen: op de 1e verdieping van ons huis hebben we een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, een zitkamer met slaapbank, een gastenbadkamer met bad en douche en een aparte wc. In onze tuin hebben we een royale eetkeuken en een aangrenzende tuinkamer met houtkachel ingericht.

Quiet, lovingly furnished guest house in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 60m² and completely renovated. It offers plenty of sleeping options for 4 people plus baby/toddler. A workspace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi are available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and the surrounding area directly. The A52 and A44 motorways are 5 minutes' walk to the city center.
