Had a great stay and everything was exactly as described. The cottage is very well equipped and Dorothee welcomed us warmly. Small note: you hear the rooster in the morning if you sleep with the window open, at least on the side of the chickens, so real village life.

That was realy good and responsible owner. The communication was so easy because of English language. I suggest to everyone

It was quite easy to find, the host was very kind and met us around 20:30. The place itself was spotless clean and had everything that was listed. Additionally, the kitchen, bathroom and sauna were pristine cleaned. The glass in the bathroom was so clean for a moment we thought that were was no glass. Sauna was excellent and we even started a nice little fire one day. Very peaceful with allot of opportunity for hiking and nature. And very easy connection to Dusseldorf via the train with free parking at the train station in the small town. Would go back again without a doubt.

Communication worked great, it was missing bed linen within 15 minutes, it was submitted later. The host is very nice, the house was clean and matched the pictures. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful manor house with our family. Especially the very well and comfortably equipped kitchen gave us cozy hours, as well as the very cozy living room. We were completely satisfied, communication with the hosts was very pleasant and straightforward and we can recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a cozy weekend with 10 or more people. Staying with Miriam is the perfect combination between an oasis of peace and farm life. Mariam provided us with a warm welcome and excellent service. Just like the excellent service, everything in the B&B was taken care of down to the last detail. Our beloved four-legged friend was also welcomed with love from a second. Nothing but praise

We stayed here for a weekend to go hiking. It's very quiet and cosy.

We loved the place, it’s peacefulness and the friendly and relaxed hosts! You can enjoy the beautifully renovated old barn and its spacious garden with pool or easily go to the City Centre of Maastricht for sightseeing/shopping. Grocery stores are 10 minutes by car or 40 minutes walk. We will be back for sure :)))

Great place to relax, very nice surroundings! You walk out the gate and have all kinds of beautiful hiking trails to go...Plenty and more... to experience in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we really enjoyed the peace, the silence and the privacy that is offered here. Spotted all kinds of birds in the garden while enjoying a drink; Flemish jigsaws, robins, finches, goats and even 3 black with white colored squirrels that we have never seen in the Netherlands, this was a welcome extra during breakfast on our last day. In short, really a lovely cottage where we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed there for 3 nights, as far as we were concerned, far too short. The house itself is just a home where you can enjoy a lovely hot tub undisturbed, a hot tub and if the weather allows it a beautifully landscaped swimming pool outside. We took really beautiful walks, the gardens in Arcen we had already been but stay beautiful. So all praise !!

It is a very nice wooden house with plenty of space for 6. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and the bathroom was nice. Everything was clean upon our arrival and we were warmly welcomed and everything was explained to us. We loved the terrace overlooking the lake. The campsite was not in operation yet, so we can't say anything about it. It is definitely recommended.

Denis and Pina were fantastic hosts! Communication was excellent, and the place was perfect. The apartment was really clean, matched the description exactly and had a really stylish interior design. It was also equipped with all sorts of amenities, suitable for both a short or a long stay. Highly recommend!

We were travelling back from Finland to the UK with our 2 dogs and needed somewhere to stay for our last night. Ideally we would be able to self cater and give our dogs a good long walk. After explaining the situation to Fridolin, he invited us to book. We arrived late afternoon, check in was easy and the annexe was just perfect for our needs😁It had a very homely feel and some very nice touches as well. Using the directions given, we gave our dogs a much needed long walk in the countryside right from the front door in the evening sunshine😎🐾🐾 With big name supermarkets nearby we were able to get our supplies for dinner and breakfast👍🏻 We slept like logs on a super comfy bed, the house is in a dead end road so was very peaceful. After another long walk, we left feeling like we had found a little gem and wishing we could have stayed another night. We would not hesitate to stay again should we be passing by and happily recommend to others.

After a sunny weekend in beautiful Wassum, we are now planning another stay with Yvonne. As soon as you drive into the cozy courtyard and park in front of the palm tree and pond, the vacation feeling is perfect. The chalet and its garden are very inviting and offer many opportunities to unwind. We were traveling with dog and baby. For our baby, we were provided with a travel bed and the four-legged friend was allowed to use the fenced garden to really let off steam. Thanks to Yvonne's hospitable and warm manner, we felt very well looked after and welcome. Thanks for this and see you next time! 🙏🏼👌🏼

We had a lovely stay at Simone's cottage. Everything was also really as it was in the listing. No wifi, no TV. It was really relaxing. The cottage is in the woods, the only thing you hear were the birds. What I had to get used to was that you have to make coffee by hand. But yes, that doesn't really matter, because we were free and didn't have to do anything that really needed. We hope to be welcome in this cottage again.

The place was great! Very cozily furnished, well equipped, it had everything you needed. Super clean and in a beautiful, quiet location. Absolutely recommended!

We had a nice week at Marie-Luise's cottage. The "painting heating" made it wonderfully warm. - From this cottage you can be in Cologne in half an hour by train. - Furthermore, you can also quickly be in nature from the cottage for a nice walk. - We'll probably come back here sometime. This is a very nice flat, but the location is slightly odd as it’s in the middle of a trading estate. It’s quite spartan and there is only a microwave oven, so it’s probably best suited to a business person rather than a holiday maker. Having said that the decor is very tasteful and it’s pleasant to stay in, also really very good value for money compared to a hotel. Would recommend with the above caveats.

I had a wonderful stay at Frank’s place. The room offers great privacy, and the space is just right for a comfortable stay. Frank is a thoughtful and attentive host—he checks in from time to time to see if I need any help, which I really appreciate. He even gave me a lovely plant, which added a nice touch to the room! Overall, I felt very welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-hosted stay.❤️
