Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. The apartment is about 75 m² in size, was renovated in 2016, and is bright and welcoming. The open-plan kitchen has an oven, ceramic stovetop, fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher. There is also a conservatory and a roof terrace. The apartment has good transport connections to Düsseldorf, the exhibition center, and Düsseldorf Airport (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Two restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket is 2 km away. Very good cycling paths right from the front door along the Niers.

Old town oasis in MG

Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the city center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including a washing machine), and a living room with an open kitchen. Comfortable apartment on the Sturmhof

Since 1987, we have been calling this beautiful, listed farm our home, which we have independently renovated and restored with a lot of love and commitment. With us live here our dogs, a bunch of chickens and geese as well as several horses and ponies who are allowed to spend their evening here.
