Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Brucoli

Very lovely place in historic old town of Modica. Only 50m and 2 bents away from the main street. Therefore quiet, but very central. Equipped with everthing needed. Spacious. 3 balconies (2 small) one, so you can choose breakfast in the sun or the big terrace in the evening. Two bedrooms: master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Second bedroom with two more simple beds. Towels and bed clothes sufficiently available. Parking in the main street closeby (paid 6 Eur/day ) - about 300m away free street parking. A bit busy with parking, but managed always to find something. For access with luggage requires parking in the main street, about 50 m walk - about 10 m in height difference. The little effort is it worth - definitely. Kind host provided very useful information - precise how to arrive/access, nice restaurants and sight-seeing info. Modica is very central to reach several historical spots and the sea. Rudia is an excellent host, we had a perfect stay.

I spent a weekend at Royal apartment, the host is professional and helpful. I needed to check in before the indicated time and within 30 minutes he made the apartment available. Impeccable apartment, it satisfies every comfort and is in a strategic area where with a short walk you can reach the city center, the clubs and the central station. Definitely recommended

Our stay at Paolo's exceeded our expectations! He was able to welcome us in person and give us the necessary recommendations to make our experience in Taormina as pleasant as possible. The apartment was extremely clean and was even better than the photos. We had everything we needed:) Paolo was available 24/7, which made our stay easier! It was a great place to stay. Nothing to change! Finally, we were extremely well located (4-5 minutes from the main street) We recommend it 1000%!

The best accommodation of our trip. Excellent location, walkable to everything. Apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need and more. Lots of extras that others don’t provide. Maria was a very good host who helped us with restaurants, time tables even carrying our bags up the stairs. Overall I was very impressed.

Lisa’s place in Catania was fantastic. It’s quite modern, with a touch of history in the exposed brick work. It’s in a very convenient location to explore the city by foot, though it’s fair walk to the beach or main station. There are a huge amount of restaurants and bars around, most of which have excellent food.

Spacious, cool, all amenities and relaxing. The location is ideal as you can easily park in Siracusa and walk 5 minutes to the apartment. We had a few issues which were dealt with immediately and initially met after midnight due to flight delays. So, thank you!

Great find! The apartment is perfectly located close to the city center and away from the noise. Has everything you need for a stay in Catania. The decor is perfect. A little extra for all the small touches (the bottle of fresh water in the fridge, the first aid kit, the sewing box, etc.) really great 🙏🏻 See you soon and thank you 🥰

Spacious and well-furnished apartment. Impeccable cleanliness and a very responsive and friendly host. Nice neighborhood, not too central but well connected, quiet and full of options if you don't want to go to the center for an aperitif/dinner. Absolutely affordable value. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation right in the center but still in peace. Parking garage where you can park your car (20 euros per day but well worth it). Super friendly people who warmly welcome you and are always available by phone. The stay is perfect for 2 people. Super clean and a lovely bed. Nice that you also have a terrace. We really enjoyed and recommend this apartment to everyone. So nice to get out of the house and be right in the center without noticing it, because the location is quiet and private. thanks!

Villa Sorelle was a wonderful stay! It does not have close neighbors, so was peaceful and private, but also is only a short drive into Pozzallo which is a lovely sea front town. The pictures accurately show it, nicely updated, clean, and with nice pillows and cushions throughout. The host also arranged a lovely crib and high chair for us. Highly recommend!

Beautiful inside and out. The place is in a great location, very walkable and peaceful. The interior is thoughtfully furnished and has everything we need. The shutter when closed blocks out all the light, and combined with the comfy beds made very restful sleeps. Thank you for hosting us!

The house is amazing. On 2 floors with 3 beds and 3 bathroom, new and clean. The architect and designer have done a terrific job. You also have a terrace with sunchairs, dining table and a bbq. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk from the main touristic road, overlooks a beautiful square and church, down you have two amazing cafes and one of the best restaurants in town (ristorante crocifisso). Great welcome from Silvia who provided flexibility on check-in and helped with a couple of bespoke requests. Family friendly - you can request cot and baby chair. Spaces work well for a family stay. Convenient, you can park your car just below the house, plenty of free parking underneath. The only things to note: - Steep stairs inside the house. You can close the doors if you have a baby. But if anyone has problems with mobility maybe not ideal - The church ring the bells a few times a day starting at 8am and ending at 8pm. Although the rooms are well shielded

The Villa is located in a very beautiful Location. But I do have to mention the Street to get there can be tough. For us it was no problem though. The communication with Andrew was very good and he is very friendly. He was always happy to help. The Villa has everything you need, especially for cooking. We stayed hhree nights and for this the Villa was Great.

Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Enjoyed a week in Emanuele's apartment. Everything present, sparkling clean and it looks as shown in the pictures. Emanuele is very friendly and helpful. He's looking for contact before the arrival date. He did his best to let us into the apartment a little earlier and helped find parking. In short, great!

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. The beds are comfortable, as are the pillows, and the bathroom is spacious, with two sinks, which is very practical. The location is excellent: it is close to the center of Catania and only a 10-minute walk from the train and bus station. In addition, Diego has always been very attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. A 10 out of 10 service!

This accommodation was perfect in every way! The bed was absolutely luxurious, and the showerhead was amazing and I felt like I was staying in a boutique hotel.
