House with private dock and cove on Lake Brownwood. Bring the whole gang! This newly remodeled home on the south shore of Lake Brownwood is sure to please. Enjoy the private lighted boat dock, a "jettied private cove", covered back porch with lake and sunset views. This old home has been completely upgraded while keeping the vintage charm like shiplap walls. The Wild Duck Marina is less than a mile away. FYI the lake is low. Our dock is currently a deck, with beautiful sunset views!

There’s a 40’s style radio in the living room, equipped with Alexa and ready to play your favorite songs at your command. (We used to have dance parties and practice 2 stepping. The bedrooms share a mini split unit that keep you cool in summer and warm when it’s chilly. There’s a stand alone unit in the main area of the house. There are smart tv’s in the living room, the guest room, and the loft.

The kitchen features modern appliances, including a stainless steel refrigerator and a gas range. A large island with seating for four complements the spacious layout, while natural light fills the area. The adjoining living space is marked by a cozy sectional sofa and decorative rug.
