Waterfront vacation rentals in Brown County

As a family of 6, staying in a traditional hotel room is rarely an option for us so we usually opt for an Air BnB when we travel, even down one kid this time this met our needs better than most options. Our stay here was one of our favorites! There was enough space for everyone, and the littles loved the bunk beds. The mattresses on all beds were extremely comfortable and this was the best stocked kitchen I have ever had when staying in an Air BnB. It literally had everything you could need as a family so as someone who usually brings at least a few of their own pans, this was a win for me. While we visited in the cooler months, the kids were dreaming of coming back in the spring or summer to take advantage of all the fun outdoors toys in the garage :) thanks for having us!

Had a wonderful stay here for my first time in Green Bay! The cottage was as described and exceeded all expectations. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet area, but is still just a short drive to Lambeau and lots of bars/restaurants/breweries/etc. Would certainly recommend and would stay here again.

This was easily the best Airbnb that I have stayed at. It was very clean and organized. The host provided everything you could think of in the kitchen and bathrooms. This felt like home. From the decor to the furnishings, everything felt updated but remained cozy and not too over the top modern. I plan on coming back next year.

My kids loved all the ‘hidden’ spaces. I made great use of the exceptional kitchen/dining space. Our dogs were welcome and enjoyed watching the wildlife out on the lake expanse. Plus my husband (a disabled veteran) felt peaceful, safe & at home. We all enjoyed watching several eagles (at least one mated pair with a nest) bring nature into a wonderful up-close view for us. Bonus: after we’d arrived home we discovered a Kindle (pw) got left behind. We felt foolish and like a total pain. No worries! Jay went above and beyond to utilize its retrieval and ensure it was returned, despite our four-hour travel distance away. He was clear, respectful, and kind during our entire stay. We hope to return to this rental again. And would highly recommend any of Jay’s properties. They’re gorgeous, classy & clean but still feel like a home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at Tom’s property. The house is spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, both inside and out. The open-concept first floor is perfect for larger groups to cook and spend time together, while still offering enough space for multiple families to relax separately. Thoughtful touches like high-quality linens, plush towels, tasteful interior design, and a generously sized master suite made the home feel truly special. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet just a short drive from all that Green Bay has to offer. Tom was a responsive and attentive host, making sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our getaway and can’t wait to return!

I had the pleasure of staying at this house for almost three months, and I truly can’t say enough good things about it. The home was exactly like the pictures: spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished, and incredibly well-equipped with everything I needed for a long stay. One of the highlights is the huge garden and river access. What really made the stay exceptional were the hosts, Jody and Ehren. You honestly won’t find nicer, more welcoming people. They were always responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely kind!! Two other standout features: the peace and quiet of the area (perfect for relaxing or focusing on work), and the super comfy bed that made it feel like home from day one. The only thing to keep in mind is that you’ll definitely need a car. Howard itself is pretty quiet, but everything you could want, is just a quick 10-minute drive away in Green Bay, so it’s no problem at all. All in all, an amazing stay. Highly recommend!

So let’s start with just how warm and welcoming Lars & Nikki are - they were incredibly helpful and responsive with local recommendations and assistance - our stay was a breeze! And the cottage was just as welcoming. Cozy, close to everything in Green Bay and 10 minutes from Lambeau Field. Lars & Nikki went above and beyond in stocking the cabin with everything we could possibly need for our visit. If you’re looking for a great place to stay for a Packers game or a wonderful bay-front getaway with beautiful views, look no further!

Jason was extremely friendly and truly cares about having a positive, welcoming environment. The place was very clean and the surround sound system that connects the inside and outside of the property was top tier. The basketball hoop, deck, and massive yard made it an ideal space to spend time outside. I would definitely book another stay at Jason’s property!
