Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

Ideally located, 10 min walk to shops and Vaires-Torcy train station. Visit Paris (20 min by train via line P), Disneyland (20 min via A4), the Olympic nautical stadium which will host the 2024 Olympics (4 min by car) and the whole of Ile de France and make sure you enjoy it! I had booked the barge for my brother's EVG, which he wanted to be quiet and atypical. We've been served. The barge offered us a pleasant and original setting and we were able to enjoy its terrace for dinner by the water. Hosts were very quick and efficient in our exchanges. We had a great night! I recommend it :) And above all we were able to enjoy a rafting activity 15 minutes' walk from the barge. Very ideal!
