Our farm surrounds the 5 houses and the chapel of Mothois with organic orchards and fields where you will see our sheeps, a river, many trees, and a very rich fauna and flora. At the house, you will enjoy a very open view on this nature from the large deck and private garden, and from all of the windows inside.

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
