It is located in the outskirts near Olburgen, on the border of the Achterhoek and the Veluwe, near the picturesque Bronckhorst and the Hanseatic cities of Doesburg and Zutphen. "Het Pipeluurtje" is colorful and attractively decorated, has a living room, two bedrooms with sink, kitchen equipped with every comfort, and a bathroom. Around the house is a spacious garden with seating.

The compact cottage is stylishly furnished, has a cozy pellet stove and a private terrace. Outside there are lightsers and there is a large fire pit. A little further is a wood-fired hot tub. Slow living at its best... The tiny house is located together with other tiny houses on a nice holiday park with, among other things, a swimming pool.

Nationaal Park Veluwezoom (Posbank op 12 minuten) en Hanzesteden binnen handbereik: heerlijk wandelen, fietsen, museumbezoek, kastelen bezoeken. Met het intercitystation op loopafstand zijn Arnhem, Zutphen en Deventer goed te bereiken.

B & B De Rozengracht

Our B&B is located in a lovely garden on the city canal of the historic town of Doesburg, close to the city center and the IJsselkade. Free parking is available on our own, enclosed property, bicycles can be stored under cover. You can enjoy the nice place on the water and the garden house. Breakfast is ready for you in the fridge. In Doesburg, you will find nice restaurants, shops and museums. Or visit the Achterhoek, Veluwe, Arnhem and Zutphen, a nice mix of culture and history!

Unique place near IJssel and the center of Zutphen

You have the De Smederij guest house all to yourself and it has its own entrance. Parking is free for guests. It is a few steps away from the IJssel and within walking distance of the historic center of Zutphen and the station. Zutphen is at home in all markets. Speaking of market; the market on Thursday and Saturday in the center is worth a stroll. Cycling with the wind in your hair in the countryside or to a museum or theater. Relax or work. Everything is possible in Zutphen!

Huize Heppie, the new cottage (July 2023) at camping De Betteld in Zelhem is guaranteed to be a lovely spot! We chose a very complete, modern decor with air conditioning. The log cabin (with bunk bed) is ideal for teenagers e.g. The campsite is a Christian campsite with a lot to do. There is a lot of youth, the cottage is close to the playground and pool. The garden is fenced. There is a lake in the park. Cleaning must be done by yourself or cost €150,-.

In our Tiny House it is great enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace, the cozy living room, the warm atmosphere, the natural environment, the feeling of freedom. Walk from the living room through the French doors to the covered terrace where you can relax in the evening sun. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts. Take advantage of the hot tub, heat your own fikkie on the fire pit, make new acquaintances. And, your pet (max. 2) is also welcome.
