The small park on which the cottage stands exudes peace and quiet. The attractions in the park are limited to a small playground with a trampoline and a tennis court. The cottage is located in the middle of the woods and has a large private garden. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. Bicycles, towels and baby cot are available at an additional cost. Through the sandy path on which the cottage is located, you can walk into the adjacent nature reserve 't Zand. The famous Pieterpad runs along the park.

This farm is located on the outskirts of the largest nature reserve of the Geldersche Achterhoek "Het Grote Veld" and next to the Wildenborchse forest, on the border of Lochem and Vorden. The farmhouse has a spacious kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, a large private garden overlooking the meadows and the forest.

The Lochemse Berg and surrounding areas offer great opportunities for hiking, running, mountain biking, cycling or just to unwind in the middle of nature. You can enjoy complete privacy; the only ones besides yourself are the cows that roam freely in the pastures. In this unique place, you can enjoy the IJssel, the beautiful views and sunsets, with a beach at your feet, where you can swim between the groynes. In the evening, sitting by a fire on the dike, and within walking distance of the charming center of Zutphen! The floodplains are next to the house, where you can enjoy hiking and enjoy the tranquility. You can borrow our 2-person kayak and go out on the water, and there is a pinball machine in the house! The house is very spacious with 140m2.

You rent THE ENTIRE vacation home (air conditioning) with breathtaking views of the countryside. 200m public road House and orchard are private for you; picnic table, seats and fire pit. Suitable for 4 people. We rent out the holidays in their entirety. Private bicycle shed, private parking spaces with charging point for electric cars. Dogs free, not on bed/sofa.

On our property, there are several fields with different overnight options, each field also has its own crop. In our raspberry courtyard are these 2 Pipo wagons. They are comfortably furnished with a kitchenette (with microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker (Filter), 2 burner stove and fridge), sitting area with TV, dining table. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom with a made double bed. The trailer is fully electric and heated by electric underfloor heating.

In our Tiny House, it's great to enjoy. You enjoy the tranquility, the cozy living room, the warm atmosphere, the natural environment, the feeling of freedom. Walk from the living room through the French doors to the covered terrace where it is wonderful to relax in the evening sun. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts. Take advantage of the hot tub, light your own fire in the fireplace, make new acquaintances. And, your pet (max. 2) is also welcome.

Tonden is situated near the medieval town Zutphen and is on the edge of De Hoge Veluwe National Park. The apartment is surrounded by beautiful countryside,it's a peaceful and lovely place for walking and cycling, for just relaxing and enjoying. Thermen Bussloo, Paleis Loo, golfbanen, The Kröller-müller and More museums are all nearby as are a host of excellent restaurants. It is possible to use our washing machine.
