Situated in the heart of Worthing with a wonderful choice of independent cafés, restaurants, bars and shops on your door step. 5 minutes from the beach, art deco pier and theatres. Newly refurbished to a high standard with new kitchen, bathroom and new carpets throughout. Large south facing lounge with feature bay window has a super comfy sofa bed that opens up to a small double. Bright bedroom with double bed.

Emoyeni, a perfect spot for a relaxed staycation!

Emoyeni is a private, self-contained annexe with its own entrance situated alongside our home. It is a small but modern studio space with kitchen/lounge area, large comfortable bed and compact shower room with sink and toilet. It comfortably sleeps 2 guests and is the perfect base for a couple on a relaxed staycation to explore West Sussex or a home away from home if you are travelling to Worthing for work. Note- we don’t feel our space is suitable for young children and infants.

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.
