The house and location are great. For me this was a work trip and the house was far more than we needed. This would be perfect for a family vacation huge dinning area, 2 living rooms, excellent outdoor space and very well equipped. Would love to stay there again if the need arises in the future and it is available.

We had a wonderful stay. Greg & Cindy have thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. The house was clean & well maintained. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. We would recommend it to others & would definitely stay again.

the house is expansive for large parties to accommodate everyone. the decor is cute & eclectic! huge fenced in yard for fur babies and in a safe neighborhood. the bed & bedding was comfortable. this house has everything you would need. I will definitely be back!

My wife and I decided to do a last minute getaway to the Bend for some fishing. We had a great time. The place is nice, quiet and has everything supplied. There were only two of us there but has plenty of beds for a larger group. Would stay there again.

Waterfront Sam Rayburn Mid Lake

You'd be hard pressed to find a friendlier host than Jim, who clearly wants the best for his guests. That's very apparent by the care taken to keep the property so beautiful. While enjoying morning coffee, we watched a Bald Eagle soar in from the lake like a fighter jet and perch itself on a pine tree for about a half hour. It was extremely vocal and had the other birds in the area on high alert. Not something we see every day in our neck of the woods. We are already planning to return with the family. The home was very spacious, clean and well kept. There was not anything that we needed during our stay that wasn't provided or available. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again, Jim! The house was clean and well equipped. Outside stairs are narrow and steep but we had no problem. Driveway and cars parking at neighboring houses made it hard to safely park the truck/boat in the narrow driveway but it is doable. Beds and pillows were comfy. Nice hot water. Beautiful sunsets. Would stay again.

This little peace of heaven was perfect for us! We enjoyed our stay, it was close to the boat ramp at Mill Creek which was perfect for our trip reason. Heather was so responsive and helpful too.

Everything was great! Place was amazing had everything we needed for a relaxing trip on the lake! Right next to a boat launch only sad this we couldn’t cast off of it 😢 but nothing to ruin the trip over! We had a great time by the camp fire and cooking lots of food!

The green cottage was perfect! It had everything you could need and was so cozy. My family loved the the back porch and the pretty views of nature. Paul and Julia even had toys for my little boys to play with. It was clean and homey. We will be back!
