We have been living here since autumn 2018, so it is more of a cottage and everything that goes with it. So if you don't mind that you may be awakened in the morning by a rooster crowing, the kitchen is no more than 7 square meters and the door creaks when opened, you are in the right place:) We are happy to welcome nice guests - we are now renting the whole cottage for the weekend. The garden also offers the possibility to set up tents. 2km walk is Masaryk's circuit, the center of Brno is accessible 30 minutes by bus, 12 minutes by car.

The apartment has two spacious rooms, a balcony, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Apartment equipment is new. Free Wi-Fi is available. Parking is free on the street. Supermarket Billa 500 meters, open daily until 22:00.

There are also many convenient trams and bus connections around the area. It is 9 min by tram to the centre and 15 min walking. Grand Prix is 10 minutes by car. You have all privacy what you need.

Our apartment is about half a kilometer from the center of Brno and its historic center. There's a tram stop right in front of the house. The second stop is the main railway station and from there you can get anywhere in Brno by public transport. I live here with my daughter and granddaughter. The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator.
