An excellent place for its price. Quite minimalistic but has all the necessary features and is particularly suitable for an outgoing person who wants to enjoy the city. I was also happy with the washing machine, which allowed me to survive a week with just hand luggage. In addition, the communication with Johan worked well and he handed me the keys personally on the day of arrival.

This apartment is in a fantastic location and was spotless upon arrival. It has everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchenette and air conditioning, which was a relief on hot days. Do note that there’s no elevator, so if mobility is a concern, it might not be ideal. Communication with the management company was good, though sometimes responses took a bit of time. Despite a minor hiccup with the payment system for taxes, the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city. Thanks for having us!

The accommodation was very pleasant, clean and located in a beautiful, quiet environment. The garden full of greenery gave the place a magical atmosphere and was great for relaxing. I recommend it as accommodation for max. 2 people.

Markéta is very pleasant, she explained everything to us. We used the accommodation with children. I was very pleased that everything was prepared (children's dishes, toys, etc.) and it made our stay more pleasant. Beautifully furnished, bright apartment in the city center, but in a quiet part. I would gladly recommend it.

Michal is nice host, easy to communicate with. Place is in quite yard surrounded by nice garden, close to shopping center, Luzanky park and local coffee, restaurant. Location is safe, has street parking, small bistro, coffee on site. If you search quite place with proximity to city, it is easy to get uber or just walk.

Petra's place met our expectations. Petra communicated very proactively and gave us advice. She provided us with a crib and a chair. She also allowed us to check in exceptionally sooner because she knew about our early arrival in Brno. The apartment was cozy and well accessible to the city center. I can recommend.

Small but cozy apartment.

All as expected

My second stay in this unit 10 months after the first. The place is still as great inside as it was the first time. Great location, too: near public transport and a small supermarket, a few eateries and Brno main station is 3 stops by tram. the place is exactly as shown on the photos. Nothing to criticize, really.
