Vacation rentals with a patio in Brno

We were thrilled to stay at Hansa's house. Our children (1-6 years) thought it was great fun to borrow toys both outdoors and indoors. We parked right outside the house. It was a quiet and peaceful street.

Everything was great. I definitely recommend it.

Everything went absolutely fine. Great location, parking and a very good restaurant nearby. The only thing that wouldn't hurt is to equip the kitchen a little. At least a few glasses, plates, and a corkscrew. Otherwise, everything is fine. Thank you very much and we look forward to next time. J.L.

Excellent & very tastefully furnished apartment! The Grocery on ground floor is open till 10pm . The online food delivery option very smooth. The blockage of shower drain pointed out was addressed & resolved. The Pergola in the Balcony gives great feeling during evenings . Add to it Sauna after a busy day . 10/10👍

I enjoyed my stay at Martin's apartment. It was simple place but just what I needed. It was in a safe part of town and there were shops and public transport nearby. The instructions for check in were very comprehensive and easy to follow. Martin was always very responsive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying in Brno

Very clean and cozy apartment – highly recommended!

The place was absolutely great. It certainly wasn't the last time and the bathroom wins!

The villa is large and can accommodate a large number of people. It has everything you need for short and long stays. The villa is professionally maintained and very clean. It is close to the city center and a shopping mall about 10 minutes away by car. Martina and her family provided all the comforts. You are excellent hosts. I highly recommend it.

Everything was great. Roman and his family were very kind and helpful. The accommodation met all expectations, it was clean, tidy. We arrived late at night, he was waiting for us outside, fresh milk was prepared for breakfast. The next day, they were also prepared with a selection of cheeses accompanied by a little rose wine. Next time, we'll go there, we'll definitely come back!

The house fulfilled everything we needed :) We felt completely at home, and the children were also very happy. The pool did its job in the hot weather. We also used the grill and outdoor seating. Everything was absolutely fine. I can only recommend :)

The stay was suitable for our group of three. The accommodation can also comfortably accommodate a significantly larger group.

Very quiet neighborhood, well connected 10 min walk to the tram stop you can go to the center, 2 min to Mongolian diner we can definitely recommend. The host is very nice and helpful. The apartment is clean and well-maintained

We stayed with 4 people for a week and we cannot recommend it more highly. Very friendly hosts, gorgeous accommodation and just a very peaceful experience.

We loved the Mýtinka Cottage so much that we booked two more nights the day before we left. Everything was great, the cottage is located in a great place where you have peace and have it to yourself. We also loved the amenities, we didn't miss anything, and we were expecting wine to welcome. The owner, Kamila, also arranged for us a great wine tasting in the wine cellar with their good friend Mr. Pope. We really have nothing to complain about. Thanks so much, we'll be back for sure!

Wry kind , responsive and clean. We stayed for almost two weeks. The only negative was the recycling trash built up during that time, but we didn’t ask where to put it when full. And it would have been nice to have directions to a local grocery store. The location was fantastic and the home was beautiful. We were gone most of the day and it was nice to have a clean home to come to each evening.

Amazing accommodation. Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony and rooftop with a beautiful view. Everything looked better than on the pictures. The host is also kind and helpful. The only problem was that there’s no elevator and it was 3rd floor. But still I would rate 5/5 and would love to come back again.

The place was very clean. Beautiful and modernly equipped small apartment that completely met our expectations. Good accessibility by public transport and quick connection to the city center was a big advantage. The host was very responsive and came to hand over the apartment to us personally. Everything was seamless.

Veronika was friendly and responsive. The apartment is nice and well-equipped. The neighbourhood is quiet and we had a good stay.

Sachin’s place was exactly as described. It was peace and quiet at nights and that’s what we wanted for my baby. The blackout curtains worked really well as well. The area was very safe. Sacin was so accomodating. His place didn’t have cot and highchair, which was essential for us having a small child, as i really liked the peaceful location and his beautiful flat, i asked him if he could provide them before i booked the place, he responded very quickly and within a coupke of hours he informed me that he’s sorted them out. His communication was great throughout our stay. Sachin’s flat was beautiful with loads of beautiful and well looked aftered plants. Because of my baby we took taxi everywhere and it was very cheap and quick to get to the town centre. Kitchen had everything you needed like your iwn home. We had no issues during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. His place is a real Air B and B and not a typical flat rented by a company which has multiple flats. Tgank you Sachin!

Arrival and Check very easy, the location is very good, the apartment was very clean upon our arrival and coresponded exactly to the description and the picturess shown in the adverstisement. It looked like new - kitchen and bathroom new and in tip top condition. The apartment is very big, comfortable and welcoming. Jakub himself was very nice, he explained everything to us very well and was helpful. We had a nice stay and I can fully recommend the appartment.

We had a great stay. The apartment is neat, fully furnished, very clean and located close to public transportation. It also came with a parking spot, which was very helpful. Several restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. The host Radek was friendly, very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay at his apartment U Leskavy again.
