By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Secluded lake front cabin

Lakefront cabin at a quiet fishing lake (10HP boat limit) Almost 1000' lake frontage on a 10 acre property. This is a modern cabin/house. Landscaping is difficult in this area, but there is a nice patio and amazing views! You can walk around the lake which is about 5km, or one hour. This is a quiet area. There is a campsite on the other side of the lake, and approximately 20 other cabins around the lake. On summer days you will see people float around the lake on docks and small boats.

Shoal Bay sits on a remote island, completely off grid. Here we generate our own electrical power through a system of solars panels and micro-hydro. Just one of three boutique styled cottages at Shoal Bay, The RAVEN COTTAGE sits on the hillside overlooking the water. There are 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a cozy woodstove. An amazing place to stay. The space provided includes access to a full kitchen, full bathroom, one bedroom, and two living areas. If access to any other amenities please do not be afraid to ask. Great access to walking trails, hiking, kayaking, swimming and beach combing. A 5 min drive or a 20 min walk will bring you to the arts and crafts studios, local grocery shops, gas station, realestate offices, insurance, bakery, pizza truck, restaurants, liquor store and the local pub.
