Our open A-framed home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a jacuzzi and comfortable beds and linens. It's well prepared for families. We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. Well-appointed (especially kitchen) home in a quiet neighborhood near Brickley's ice cream. Great place for large families/groups - it's hard to find a true 6 bedroom like this with comfy queen/king beds for all. Pool/backyard gets partial sun for a few hours of the day so it was pretty cold for our taste, but shade in afternoon was welcome with kids. There's a step down into living room just FYI for anyone with a toddler like us!

Newport/Middletown Retreat! Walk to beach!

Our daughter and her family live close to this property, so we knew what to expect in terms of location, walkability, restaurants, etc. It was a great location for us, but it wouldn't be a good choice if you wanted to be in easy walking distance to the "heart " of Newport. We rented the apartment for the month of December as Chris allows dogs, and it is a one-story unit (my husband has mobility problems). The unit was clean and looks like the pictures. The shower does not have safety bars, but the walls are smooth/clean and suction safety bars work perfectly. My husband especially liked the TV service (YouTube TV, which was included). The sofa and bed were comfortable, but it would have been nice to have more storage space (drawers) for our clothing. The back yard is enclosed with a new 6' high fence, which is the only good choice for the area (Newport does have coyotes). Chris was VERY responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel welcome.

I've stayed at many AirBnB locations and this place rises to the very top. Firstly, you get a private, fully renovated, studio apartment with your own entrance. You can tell that the owner is a trained architect; btw he did all of the remodeling and gorgeous woodwork himself. For me the location was perfect, just around the corner from the airport with nearby highway access. The eat-in kitchen was well-equipped and the right size for the space. The bed was super comfy, and temperature control without silly limitations, not to mention there are heated floors in key areas. There is a mud zone for jackets and shoes, a washer/dryer for clothes, a rain head/wand shower, and a bidet. Renato and Daniel were extremely responsive hosts who made sure I had everything I needed without ever intruding. This is a jewel of a BnB listing, and if you are ever find yourself in "Biggest Little State in the Union," it will make an ideal home-base for your RI stay.

Lakisha’s space was just what I was looking for. Dog friendly, walkable neighborhood. She was helpful, and flexible with check-in time. Everything was as described. Hot tub took over an hour to fill, but i knew it would take a while from the description. It was a great stay! Would recommend.

Keiko and Joe's beautiful historic house lived up to our expectations and then some. It was truly ideal for a family trip to watch the Ivy Madness Women's Basketball Championships hosted on the Brown University campus, a short walk from the house. Though we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for food prep/entertaining, w/ every appliance including coffeemaker. Snacks upon arrival were appreciated. Laundry is fully equipped. Every room is decorated with stunning sailing art & memorabilia, books and keepsakes, which imply trust, grace and generosity and helped to make our stay a delight. I felt as if we were staying with dear family or friends. Every possible need is thought of. We have stayed at many properties all over the world and Keiko is an extremely responsive & very kind cordial host. I couldn't recommend more highly.

Great place. Thank you, Bryan! FYI - We did have to go to the store (Shaws) and purchase the town-specific yellow trash bags for $10. We left some for the next visitor, but I could see this being confusing for future customers. Instructions say to use yellow bags for trash but there were no yellow bags that we could find at the airbnb. Coffee machine is a standard drip machine for anyone else who is trying to gauge whether to bring k cups or grounds :)

Gina’s place was beautiful! We had a group of 14 & there was plenty of room for sleeping/eating & relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we could need. The outside area was perfect. Big table to eat at & comfortable sitting space. The firepit was nice for the cooler nights. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
