This rental was great! The place looked just like the pictures and the location was not too far from downtown Providence. The host was super responsive and clear with directions. Would definitely recommend!

This place was fantastic! Loved the proximity to the beach, George’s, Block Island ferry and more!! Such a hidden gem and will definitely be back! Karen and Peter were excellent hosts and always responsive if we had any questions. The apartment was so cutely decorated too!

We loved staying at Michael’s place ~ super clean, roomy, and comfortable furniture/beds. Kitchen was very well stocked but we did not use much as we took advantage of great places to eat in the city. We loved that that the home was walkable to several local restaurants. Michael was very accommodating with our late check-in, super responsive, and easy to communicate with. Thank you again for a great stay, Michael!

Cori's place is really good. I had chosen this place because I was bringing my furry friend to Newport, unfortunately she passed away 2 weeks prior. When he heard about it, he refunded my the pet fee. That was really something unexpected and really appreciated. The place is really well located, you can walk anywhere in Newport. Just park your car. The place was clean and cute inside. Perfect for 2 and a furry friend. Cori was excellent with communicating before and during our stay. I would definitely go back to this place. perfect place in the middle of a whole variety of things. ian is very helpful with the area and all its attractions. the apartment itself is kept very clean and stocked. perfect for a weekend trip for 2 and with a variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance definitely a solid stay.

It was cold and rained all weekend while we were there and we still had a blast! The apartment was very comfortable and well located. Check in was also straightforward. Nice shops, restaurants and bars all walking distance from the apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming one-bedroom in Providence. The space was cozy and well put-together, with a lovely deck offering a great view of the sunset. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the backyard chickens were a delightful touch! A truly homey experience that I'd highly recommend

We stayed at the Marilla #1 for several nights in November. Our unit was cozy and very-well appointed. We felt right at home. The kitchen/dining/living space was cozy and well-arranged. All the appliances were clean and worked well. The big bed was very comfortable. It was easy to keep the place comfortable with baseboard heat. Bathroom fixtures were in great shape, and there was almost no waiting for hot water in the shower/bath. Unit #1 faces the access street behind the building, so there isn't much street noise or hubbub from the pub and bar/grill just down the street. We came to get in the water, so Steven's directions for beach access were very helpful. Steven's price is extremely reasonable for this area. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Sarah’s place was fantastic, it’s a great location surrounded by plenty of amazing restaurants and bars. The condition of the unit was pristine. Sarah was extremely helpful and had great communication throughout my stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Our stay at this Newport Hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the friendly and helpful front desk staff, who even accommodated our early arrival. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

Beautiful home and a great neighborhood easy get to beaches and restaurants. You can easily tell tgw property very well maintained and every detail is well thought out. Pool towels to hangers, dish soap, etc etc. The host was incredibly sweet and an excellent communicator. She was always responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this property.

Lakisha’s space was just what I was looking for. Dog friendly, walkable neighborhood. She was helpful, and flexible with check-in time. Everything was as described. Hot tub took over an hour to fill, but i knew it would take a while from the description. It was a great stay! Would recommend.

What a wonderful place to stay. Very pleasant, quiet, and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was so relaxing! I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the Woonsocket area!

Very happy with the place! Beautiful apartment, very clean. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. The apartment overlooks a beautiful hill and views of the water. Perfect spot for a morning coffee. The pool was very clean. Jenny & Ania were amazing hosts, very helpful and made everything more enjoyable.

Beautiful historic penthouse in great location. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. David was available and responsive, and quick to rectify any issues.
