Apartment vacation rentals in Brisbane City

We stayed at Ben’s place for a week. We were greeted with a welcome basket with tasty treats from James Street Bakery, pretzel chips, and Pellegrino water. The unit is clean and cozy, with a lovely outdoor space for eating and lounging. The laundry area is tucked away in the outdoor space, and the glass sliding door does a great job of blocking sounds while doing laundry. There are also Aesop products in the bathroom. The WiFi speed was great, no issues working remotely. The kitchen has a Zip tab, instant filtered Hot/Cold water, a Nespresso machine with a milk steamer, and glass snap containers for food storage. The unit is in a quiet part of town. Supermarket is a short walk away, and cute bars and restaurants are 3-5 minutes away. 2 bus lines and ferry access made getting around on public transport easy. Ben’s communication and response time were excellent. He made accommodations for us to arrive early and check out late due to our last-minute canceled flight.

After staying in a couple of other places, we were expecting something typical. However, this place was anything but typical. It was absolutely SUPERB. The first steps into the place left us speechless because of how clean and the beautiful views, but there was also the sweetest gift basket to welcome us! The location was perfect as right across the street is entrance to the board walk which leads to everywhere and there are tons of restaurants around. If you're on the fence about booking this place, I couldn't recommend this place more. It is a MUST STAY.

David and Ellen went above and beyond for our stay. The unit is beautiful and has everything you need for your trip, and their kindness and generosity with their time when orienting us to the space and city was unmatched by anywhere else I have stayed. Thank you so much for being a wonderful part of our vacation!

Nicole’s place was one of the best, if not the best Airbnb I have stayed in. She left very clear instructions for check in, the place was clean and the bed was comfy. We really appreciated having a washer, dryer and clothes drying rack. The views from the apartment were great and it was very close to everything you’d want to do. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was stocked with everything you’d want and even had sauces in the fridge and water. We really appreciated everything Nicole’s place had to offer!

Our stay at Billie’s place was fantastic. Great location & amazing views! The complex the apartment is apart of is incredible with so many restaurants, bars & activities to do even just in the space. The apartment was beautiful and clean, linen was soft and place felt luxurious. Billie was helpful and responsive & provided great recommendations. A little pushy with checkout time by sending so many reminder messages to check out before agreed time but we had a great stay overall. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you! ☺️

A beautiful place to stay. We were very happy here. Everything was really lovely. I found this place to be modern, spotless, clean, well appointed. Everything we needed and the layout suited us perfectly with our 18 month son. The host was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. Bed and pillows very much to my liking, very very comfortable. Completely unavoidable is traffic noise. Out of the hosts hand but I’m surprised it wasn’t constructed with double glazed windows. Additionally, the blinds are not sufficient to block out light, rooms were much lighter than we used to, I’d install blackout curtains in the bedrooms in addition to the blinds. Lastly, the water in showers was lukewarm even on full heat, so I was glad to get home to have a hot shower! Again, is this out of the hosts hands?

Can honestly say this was the best stay in an Airbnb we’ve ever had. From start to finish it was excellent, the host explained everything so well and helped us with EVERYTHING. We unfortunately had lost the key on our 2nd night and couldn’t get in, the host explained everything and helped us no end, there was no issue, no stress and no problems. I will DEFINITELY be staying here again and will recommend this place to everyone I can. The apartment is clean and tidy, the furnishings are beautiful and it quite honestly is done to a very high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding amazing. Location is excellent and everything is at your fingertips. Thank you so much to the host for being so amazing.

Great modern apartment with nice facilities. The sauna and steam room Were a hit with our family, as was the location over the bridge to the wheel and the south bank.

Great location, clean, and a great place to stay!

Overall we had a comfortable stay at the unit and would happily stay again. Whilst there was a process to collect the keys outside of the building, it was well communicated. Any minor hiccups were easy to deal with and Helen was easy to contact. The apartment is very well maintained and elegantly furnished. It is aptly stocked with all the basic items needed to make ones stay comfortable. The views from the unit are pretty spectacular and make for great viewing pleasure! The lifts are fast and so it doesn't take too long to get in and out of the building. If you're 1-2 people looking for a centrally located high rise unit, this is a great option to consider.

Gorgeous and clean room, lots of kitchen stuff. Convenient to cook and has a dishwasher too. Washing clothes also good, and kindness host. We were very happy to stay here and had a wonderful time with this house. If next time we travel again, I wanna stay too:) Thanks you for everything

South Brisbane stunner is an amazing apartment. couple of blocks to BCEC and fish lane (try julieus you won't be disappointed) and only a couple of blocks from queen Street mall and the casino. If your looking for a place to stay that's clean and affordable look no further... you've found it

Carolina was a delight to deal with, I was very comfortable with my stay and it was exactly what I needed. So happy the shops were so close because I forgot a few things it would've been a disaster for my ball I was attending. Would stay again for sure!

Great place - neat, clean and tidy, great food options in the complex, very convenient access to the city by bus. Undercover secure parking was fantastic. Host was very personable, met me at the property and walked through key things to be aware of. All in all would definitely stay again!

We loved our lengthy stay at Andy’s apartment. Very clean, well set up, excellent location, close to everything Brisbane can offer and the inclusion of a parking spot was fantastic. We intended to stay for 4 weeks but extended twice because it was so perfect. Extremely comfortable and a perfect home away from home.

The delightful host met me at the apartment with milk & snacks then showed me round. It is luxurious and has a well stocked pantry. Beds are comfortable & powerful showers. Lots of towels. Walking distance to the ferry, buses and footbridge to get into the CBD. If I could give more stars then I would. I would definitely rebook this apartment.
