Close to Saumur, Angers, Le Mans, nature, the Loire, castles, the wine route, troglodyte cellars, forests, mushroom farms, guinguettes, hikes, zoological parks, and so many other things. Maine-et-Loire is rich and it's a good place to live.

XVIth century half-troglodyte manor (280 m2) lost in the countryside, at the end of a hamlet, surrounded by a large garden (7000 m2). Heated outside pool with counter-current system. Located close to Saumur and in the heart of our vineyard, our house offers you a unique break to enjoy the surrounding nature and discover our Langlois bubbles. A stone's throw from the accommodation, we will welcome you to our shop for a guided tour and a tasting of our Crémants de Loire and our wines. A bike deposit is also available (€10 per day). Saumur city center is a 5-minute drive from the property.
