This place was a safe heaven. The scenery in the backyard was beautiful and peaceful. The host was very communicative and made us feel like home. If i could give more than 5 stars i would.

Such an incredible property surrounded by nature. The location is perfect, just a short drive into town. I highly recommend sleeping with the windows open listening to the flowing river & the wildlife in the background. Kate is a very thoughtful host who made sure us & our two dogs were comfortable throughout our stay. This place & its beautiful gardens is a true escape from reality! Cant wait to come back again.

SENSATIONNEL : Nous louons souvent des maisons et jamais nous avons été aussi satisfaits et comblés. La vue est à couper le souffle. La maison est parfaite pour deux personnes. Elle est fonctionnelle, bien décorée et très confortable. L'accès à l'eau et avoir notre propre terrasse fut très appréciés. Jen est une hôte plus que parfaite, généreuse et rapide à répondre. Elle s'inquiète de notre confort. Ça n'a jamais été aussi difficile de terminer un séjour. Si nous avions put mettre 6 étoiles nous l'aurions fait sans hésiter. Je vous le recommande fortement, en tout cas, nous c'est évident que nous retournerons dans ce petit paradis. Merci mille fois Jen pour ton hospitalité et ta patience.

Kimberley’s place was great! It was perfect for us while visiting Upper Canada Village. My wife and I liked the bathroom. It had a nice clawfoot tub accompanied by vintage style faucets. Kimberley even provided us complimentary bath bombs. The kitchen was also fully setup with an oven, fridge, and even a big freezer. Highly recommend!

“A little cabin in the woods”

We LOVE this space! Actually our second time staying here. We have two dogs and a son who attended Clarkson University. The cabin met our needs wonderfully. Olivia is super responsive and will even walk your dogs, if need be. (Small fee) PS: The fresh eggs were perfect for our morning meals.

Michele was lovely host. She was very responsive and proactive, but you didn’t have the sense that there was hovering from the owner. She even brought me a homemade gift after we made a connection. The space was beautiful and so was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Finally, the view from the porch overlooking the St. Lawrence river at sunset was magical. We will definitely be back.

We had such a great stay at this place! Super calm, peaceful, and surrounded by trees with an awesome view of the lake. Mornings were especially lovely, with the harmony of birdsong adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The sauna and hot tub were a big bonus and really added to the relaxation vibe. It’s in a beautiful green area, away from the noise of city life, but still just about 20 minutes from stores and local spots. We also loved the little extras like kayak, projector, and all the games and board games definitely made our family time even more fun. The team was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions quickly. My family and I really enjoyed our time here, thank you for everything Breathe Vacation Rentals!
