Up to 8 people. In this beautiful, design-drawn lake house, you can enjoy Jämtland's nature completely undisturbed. Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Small and cozy

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located accommodation. One set of bed linens and one set of towels per person are included. It is possible to add an extra person, as there is a possibility to set up an extra bed for a fee, so three people can stay. The accommodation has its own private entrance. Kitchen with dishwasher. 100 meters to Storsjön, 4.5 km to the city center, 50 meters to the bus stop with good connections. The biathlon stadium is 5 km away. There is also an Alpha Pet game.

The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Letting go of everyday worries, putting your phone away, and allowing yourself to be enchanted by your surroundings. Lighting a fire, canoeing, looking out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed as even the beaver can swim by sometimes, boil coffee and cook over an open fire. Quiet and undisturbed location that during the winter half-year has ski-in location to Storsjön's ice for those who like cross-country skiing and skating, however, you have to make your own tracks. Fully-equipped apartment with several activities for young people. About 20 minutes to Östersund city center! Engine heater outlet is available but charging post for electric car is missing.
