Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

We rented Christina's home for UR's commencement weekend and were very happy with the accommodations and the location. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen, lovely bathrooms, and comfy beds. We enjoyed meals in the dining room, a game on the patio, and sitting on the porch. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and Highland Park, and is a short 10-minute drive to UR's River Campus. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely stay and would highly recommend! We spent a long weekend in Rochester to visit a friend and we plan on staying again. Close to Park Ave restaurants and a short drive to the Strong Museum of Play (highly recommend if you have little ones).

We were there for my son's graduation who lived in this vibrant neighborhood. Very fun to take walks here, and we are a walk-loving family. We could walk to my son's place and to restaurants and the Kodak mansion. It was my husband and I, a brother-in-law, and three grandparents. Only one bath with a shower, but we managed that as we don't all shower daily anyways (we are kinda MN granolas I guess). The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I am a bit of a clean freak. Awesome grocery story very close, Wegman's, which has a cult-like following. We liked dining together in the dining room and hanging on the porch and having drinks. Pretty easy to please this crowd. They didn't have a 9x13 pan at the time, but that was about the only thing the kitchen was lacking, could use firmer spatulas and a larger-size fry pan which we borrowed from kid. The kitchen worked well otherwise. We ate our lunch, breakfast and one dinner at the house and ate out other meals. Fun family time.

We were on a trip across half of the country and had not slept well until we stayed at Tim and Katie's. Even our anxious border collie got comfortable quickly there. The house is spacious, clean, and very inviting. The hosts were also quick to respond and try to assist when we thought we lost something important after leaving. 5 stars all the way around!

absolutely amazing! every single aspect of the home was incredible. humongous inside, grand master bed/bath. immaculate accommodations. beautiful backyard! pool, hot tub, the best showers, 3 person sauna worked amazing. tons of space to spread out. our party had 11 people in it and noone was near one another. we all had tons of space. the showers and water pressure was to die for. ill never enjoy a shower as much as I did being here. host was amazing. great communication. very clear and responsive to any questions. by far the best home ive ever stayed in and I'm sure ill never ever find one this amazing again. will 110% return in the future. I wish I could live here!

Highly recommend! This home was beautiful, super quiet and comfy. The house matched the description and was clean. Communication with the host was excellent! We would gladly stay here again!

Arielle’s place was perfect for us. We came to attend our daughter’s graduation. Her place was so close to University and we were able to walk to commencement. It was a long line of cars waiting for parking spots. We were glad to escape such a hustling. Her place was so comfortable. We highly recommend her place to anyone .

This is the third time staying at Jamie's Salmon Creek House, we love it. very modern and comfortable with a great atmosphere!! We love the restaurant and pizza place next door. Look forward to staying here again.

My two young children and I had a wonderful time staying in Alyssa's apartment on our first visit to Rochester. It was clean, comfortable (inc. good shower and comfortable beds!), very spacious, and the little touches made it feel welcoming and homely. We were there to visit The Strong Museum of Play and Susan B. Anthony's house and Susan and Frederick Douglass' gravesites, all of which were a short drive from the house. There is a great food co-op just down the street and plenty of cafes and restraurants to choose from. Communication was easy and helpful. Traveling solo with two kids isn't always easy, but having a comfortable, pleasant home base made all the difference. We can't wait to come back!

Red Saw Mill is very charming! Our family was in town from Nebraska to attend our daughters graduation from RIT. Could not have chosen a more relaxing Airbnb complete with fresh baked cookies upon arrival! Joan, Caroline and Millie (fury assistant) were outstanding hosts and made us feel very welcome :) We enjoyed visiting with them and learning their history. Thank you for your hospitality.

Our stay at Lynn’s was for a wedding at Sonnenberg Gardens. We were able to walk home from the venue which was great! We took Lynn up on her recommendation for Peacemaker Brewery and were not disappointed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time at John and Maria’s place. Their place is very comfortable, appealingly decorated and welcoming. All of the amenities made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We felt right at home. John and Maria’s extensive area recommendations made our stay in Rochester that much better. We had excellent communication. John and Maria made us feel welcome and right at home.

Laura’s place was perfect. The beds were comfortable & cozy. There were thoughtful amenities like coffee, water , and snacks. I loved how the place was decorated & Laura even provided an umbrella & doggie bags. So many nice touches! We would definitely stay here again. It was nice to be able to walk into town for lunch or dinner.

It is a very quiet place, with an excellent view, around with a touch of security and peace. Everything is very clean, its comfortable beds, and its spacious living room is a nice place if you don’t want to go out. We are a family of 4 where we have a lot of fun. Thank you for the attention in the chat upon our arrival.

The condo was in a nice, quite development. There were plenty of stores and gas stations close by and easy access to the freeway.

We enjoyed our stay with clean accommodations and well stocked. The only thing I would consider adding is a washer and dryer for convenience.

Wonderful stay. It faces the inlet and you can see across to the plazas instead of the full lake, but it's still very pretty. A great unit, great area, great instructions and responsiveness.

We had a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely stunning. It was a perfect way to ring in the new year. Amy was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We hope to return one day.

Our family came in for a concert, and this location was perfect. Beautiful condo, with a perfect location on the lake. With access to the pool, hot tub, life sized chess board, gym and the lakeside trail, we were within steps of a brewery, salon, restaurants, playground and an ice cream shop. Within walking distance of CMAC -- which we saw many people do. No need to bring your own towels, the condo has 4 for your use. The owners were quick to respond when we weren't able to get the door open (trick: turn the lock all the way to the right and lift the door handle up as you open) and super kind/prompt if I had other questions. We'll def be back. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful place!

If I could give this a 10 start review I would! The service provided to my family was white gloved. The home was a bit out dated but the view made up for it! Truly a beautiful get away that I will be doing again!

Diane’s lakeside retreat has definitely earned all these five star reviews! It’s even better than the photos. The view is spectacular, the place is spotless, the bed and furnishings so comfortable. Full of thoughtful touches. Perfect for two people. Believe the hype!
