This calm bed and bath in the back of our house on the SECOND FLOOR is a great place to stay while you explore Rochester. You enter through the back porch and MUST GO UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS to the suite. Located on the edge of the South Wedge/Highland Park area of Rochester it is walking distance to cafes, restaurants, Highland Park and the thruway 490. It is easy to get to the local schools RIT, U of R, and the hospitals - as well as to downtown! Bus lines are close if you don't have a car.

This dwelling is a simple 3 bedroom apartment with worn pine floors (and linoleum in the kitchen and bath). The living / dining / kitchen great room has 4 windows, a couch, dining table and chairs, and a kitchen with an electric stove and large refrigerator. One bedroom is located directly off of the living room- it has a queen size bed. A 4-post full-double bed is located in the bedroom beside the bath. And the 'tower bedroom' has a double futon which could be replaced with a double bed.
