Relax and unwind with loved ones in this fab condo, just 380 steps from the beach entrance. Enjoy the view from the 2nd-floor deck. Your dog is welcome too! Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV, central air, laundry, and a shared outdoor shower. Please inquire about early check-in and late check-out for additional fee. Requests during peak season may not be possible with the cleaning changeovers. A max of two dogs are allowed, with a $50 fee for 2nd dog. Dogs must be fully potty trained.

Newly renovated, (new flooring, appliances and bathroom upgrades) newly furnished (non-smoking) condo offers incredible ocean views, amazing sunrises and close to everything Brigantine has to offer. Brigantine is a quaint town with beautiful beaches, and if you choose the excitement of Atlantic City, it is a short drive away (as a reference the condo to Harrah's is 3.1 miles, the Hard Rock Cafe is 4.3 miles) The unit does provide sheets and towels, just not beach towels.

Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday only, no exceptions. This period covers June, July, and August. Our Brigantine Beach house is a classic two-story bungalow with 4 bedrooms, a newly renovated kitchen with a large open floor plan, and only two blocks from the beach. We are also one block from the bay, ideally located for both sunsets and sunrises. Walk or bike to the beach, bay, farmers market, restaurants, diners, art studios, and gift shops.

Beachfront, Multi-Family Home

Available for SATURDAY-SATURDAY rentals during summer (June - August). During all other times, there is a 2-night minimum stay required by the local town rules. This home is a brand new, inverted-living, beachfront home w/3 floors featuring 180 degree ocean views of Brigantine’s North Beach. Designed to meet the needs of the owners’ multi-generational family, every want for large families to relax & enjoy their beach vacation has been thought of.
