Good for people with limited mobility

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a nice building… The view from the rooftop was amazing… The bed was super comfortable and everything was as described… Lauren is a great host…

This was the second time that we stayed at Ira’s apartment. And we very much enjoyed our stay again. The apartment was spacious, sunny, and lovely. And it was walking distance to numerous great cafes and restaurants. Ira was very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful & Charming. Large windows with great shades! It’s great to be able to see outside yet close the shades when you need it to be dark. The Hotel Staff is very quick to respond to any needs, very pleasant when checking in. There is a restaurant/bar; so convenient. Also, I liked having a secure place to leave my luggage while I ran errands on checkout day. I would definitely stay here again.

The people were super nice. We love the location. A lot of nice such as that I wasn’t expecting like a record player, decanter whiskey, glasses, etc..

Great place near local transit. Only thing to note is the garage door opener looks different than pictured in instructions.

This was by far the best stay I had while visiting New York, The home was very clean and looks as pictured. Host very attentive. I felt very safe.

My family and I loved it. We had a great time ! we were able to check in with no problem and check out with no problem. We were never bothered by staff or anyone. It is a place to be back to ! Great location and area! Parking is a little hard but overall awesome!

Helen's place was very nice and quite quiet compared to other reviews we've seen about other New York places, or feedback from friends to us. This is what we were looking for and were not disappointed. Isolated at the back of the hotel, we were quiet. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionists and all the information was very clear. The accommodation was clean and well appointed, with quality furniture. Special mention for the very comfortable large bed and pleasant sheets. It was nice to lie down in the evening and then sleep there, after our 30,000 steps of the day! Ah ah! The accommodation is quite dark, but that didn't bother us at all because we left early and came back at the end of the day, so we were only there very little during our stay. In short, it was really great! We would highly recommend this apartment.

We stayed here for a mid week family getaway and could not be happier with our stay! This home is in an amazing neighborhood in Brooklyn full of local markets, coffee shops and great places to eat. It was central to all of our transit needs to a Mets game and into the city for a show. We will absolutely come back - we had the very best time!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The space was exactly as described and boasted stunning decor that made the whole place feel warm and inviting. What truly set this experience apart was the incredible hospitality. I had misplaced my wallet, and Aly went above and beyond by finding it and returning it to me without hesitation. Her honesty, attention to detail and genuine care made my stay worry-free and memorable. I can’t recommend this host enough.

The location was cozy and peaceful, exactly what I was looking for post-christmas! I most appreciated the kitchen, there was nothing that I needed that you didn’t supply. we had a big group and this listing was able to accommodate us all. it was split into two separate sections so it gave a sense of privacy for our groups. there wasn't much of a common area/living room, but there was a small couch/seating section in one of the larger rooms. you could hear air planes over head, but overall it was in a quiet area. Sylvia was very nice and responsive in our communications!

The space was as described and pictured! The adults and children enjoyed the open concept, game room, and outdoor space.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. After snowboarding and tubing all day, we were able to relax and continue enjoying ourselves in Anvar’s cozy home. The directions to check in were very clear and if there were any questions that we had about anything, Anvar was very responsive which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this cozy stay. Thank you so much for having us!

We loved our stay in this place, the only issue was parking. If you have more than one car get parking permit.

A Perfect Winter Getaway – Cozy, Scenic, and Relaxing! Our winter stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The home was beautifully decorated with rustic charm while offering all the modern amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—tucked away in a peaceful, snow-covered setting, yet close enough to shops, restaurants, water parks and winter activities like tubing. We especially loved cozying up by the fireplace. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even leaving us a welcome bottle of wine and fire wood. One of our favorite features was the outdoor hot tub, which was magical to use while surrounded by snow. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen stocked for cooking meals in. This Airbnb provided the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return next winter! Highly recommend!
