Un endroit en pleine campagne, juste magnifique !! Tout est parfait ! Le studio est cosy, très bien agencé avec une vue incroyable ! L’espace bien-être est juste top !!! Détente et repos garantis !! Chantal est une personne tellement douce, accessible et bienveillante … J’ai déjà envie d’y retourner ! Je recommande à 100% +++++++++

Nous avons passez un week-end entre filles inoubliable dans le Granges à Roger. Ce logement a été un petit havre de paix. Intérieur très classe avec une literie confortable la Clim qui fait toute don importance avec la chaleur que nous avons eu et un extérieur avec piscine spa et terrain de pétanque que nous avons adoré. Nous avons rencontré un souci avec la cafetière qui a été résolu très rapidement grâce a notre hôte accueillante et au petit soin pour nous encore merci

Passamos dois dias nas instalações do Daniel, a vista é realmente incrível, o jardim é amplo como nas fotos e você pode passar horas admirando a beleza da paisagem. Daniel e sua esposa foram solícitos e bem educados. O espaço é gostoso e foi amplamente aproveitado, tem uma brinquedoteca muito legal para crianças, assim como berço e utensílios de cozinha infantil, da para perceber que é uma instalação bem pensada para família com crianças pequenas.

Great place to relax but also a good as a base for hiking, mountainbike and good restaurant 20 min by car in Theys. Also our daughter fell in love with the dog Snow. Great dog to play with for kids and very good manners and intelligent dog. Great place for families!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans cette belle maison. La vue est absolument époustouflante et prendre son café sur la terrasse devant un tel spectacle,c’est le bonheur absolu. La maison est très bien équipée,confortable et très propre. Il y a tout pour passer de superbes moments et nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour que nous avons déjà décidé de revenir l’année prochaine. Merci Séverine et Joël !

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung – gemütlich, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Der Pool war bei dem herrlichen Wetter, das wir über die gesamten 14 Tage hatten, ein echtes Highlight. Auch die zur Verfügung gestellten E-Bikes waren ein absoluter Gewinn – damit konnten wir viele wunderschöne Touren in die Umgebung unternehmen und die Landschaft genießen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt unserem Gastgeber Paul, der uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Zur Begrüßung gab es köstliche lokale Kekse und eine Flasche Wein – eine sehr schöne und persönliche Geste, die uns direkt das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund unterwegs und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist auch für Reisende mit Vierbeinern ideal. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil mit gutem Gewissen zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay with Phillippe and Cathy in June. The apartment is modern and clean with lovely pool and outdoor space for eating and relaxing. We received a warm welcome and great advice for places to visit in the area. The region is beautiful with lots of villages to explore and great hiking options by the lakes and in the mountains. The house itself was very quiet and peaceful. Very much recommended stay.

Nous sommes restes trois jours dans l’appartement qui est très bien situé, tout près du lac d’Annecy. L’appartement est très bien équipé et nous étions très à l’aise. Il y a beaucoup d’activités à faire dans la région de Talloires comme Via Ferrata, Canyoning, Accrobranche, randonnées, vélos, navigation sur le lac, etc. Camille était très disponible et répondait vite à nos demandes. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésitations.

Baita favolosa accogliente con tutti i servizi perfetti come indicato. Stefania e Jacopo hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza. Da riprovare l esperienza in baita anche con la neve.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La casa è accogliente, pulita e immersa nella natura. Catherine e Jean Paul sono stati ospiti gentilissimi e ci hanno permesso di vivere un’esperienza unica: coccolare le caprette e dar loro il latte con il biberon! Siamo partiti presto la mattina e non abbiamo potuto salutarli di persona, ma li ringraziamo di cuore per tutto. Consigliatissimo!

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Mes amis et moi avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison ressemble parfaitement aux photos et est situé dans un environnement calme et reposant. La vue sur le lac est magnifique. L’hôte est très réactif ce qui facilite grandement ma communication. Je recommande à 100%.

Très beau logement proche du lac d'Annecy, parfait pour un séjour en montagne. Le logement est très bien équipé, il dispose de nombreuses commodités et plusieurs jeux sont à disposition, ce qui est très agréable. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour !

Très bon accueil. Appartement fonctionnel La station de Valmorel est facilement accessible via la navette qui s'arrête à proximité.

Nous avons passé un agréable weekend dans environnements magnifiques. Le chalet était top !

Julien hat meinem Bruder und mir sein Appartement für einen mehrtägigen Motorradurlaub zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben hervorragend ausgestattet, toll gelegen und dazu ruhig und bietet vollständige Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Julien ist immer freundlich interessiert an unserer Zufriedenheit, sprach hilfreiche Tourempfehlungen aus und kann stets pragmatische Hilfestellung bieten. Diesen Urlaub würde ich komplett genau so wiederholen. Und auch für meinen nächsten Wanderurlaub ist diese wundervolle Region mit Juliens tollem Appartement eine sehr ernst zu nehmende Option! Jederzeit gerne wieder zu Gast bei Julien.

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.
