The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.

Studio on the Quai de Caligny on the 1st floor with balcony, very bright. Restaurants are located just below the building. Beautiful view of the port. Naval Group is a 10-minute drive. For everyone's safety, we have installed a surveillance camera in the lobby that monitors the comings and goings. You will have tenants above your studio since it is on the 1st floor. There is no elevator and the staircase is narrow.
