Alex place was great! Was just what we needed prior to our cruise. Was close to the port, and the pool and outside area was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

I highly recommend to book with Erika, I never experienced such a well host that goes beyond for her guest that stay in her house. I felt very supported during my stay. And Erika was amazing with serving us in the best way as possible. I would definitely book again and refer people to this location.

Do not hesitate to book Cloudya home it’s perfect. The villa is very spacious modern and clean and the pool area is fab. On our arrival we were left snacks and drinks which was a lovely touch :) Very close to shops and eateries also location for both Miami and fort Lauderdale. Would 100% come back here! Loved our stay! - 2 families with 3 children ages 12,11 & 8..

The place was very well appointed, in a good location for working or exploring. The rooms were clean and the appliances were nice. Would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I stayed here for my birthday weekend even though we are not far from Miami we wanted to stay the night somewhere to have a girls night out. Charciette’s place felt very homie,cozy and comfortable for my friends and I. We really enjoyed the vintage yet modern design in the house! Very clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable! I highly recommend this stay, please enjoy!

Jessica and Saul’s place was amazing me and my family had a great time.. the house was amazing and it’s exactly as you see it in the photos. The place was spotless, clean and felt very homey. I recommend this place to anyone you won’t be disappointed.

Loved this place! Would definitely stay again. The only thing is they did not have blankets/comforters or actual thick bedding on the beds or in the closets if you like that as an option. The beds only have thin sheets on them. So bring your own blankets if you are a cozy sleeper. Also if more than 2 ppl in your stay at this bnb please be aware the water does not stay warm long during showers. Other than that this place was great. Looks just like the photos! Close to everything

Excellent stay! Clean, modern and tastefully decorated apartment…very big, more than enough space for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms! Fabulous pool and amenities. Hip and a skip to a lovely beach. Apartment is stocked with everything…from the kitchen equipment to beach gear and towels! Sandra is very responsive (almost immediately) and was helpful with all our questions. Highly recommend

Nigdy nie byliśmy bardziej zadowoleni z pobytu w airbnb. Lokalizacja jest świetna, a mieszkanie bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone. Scott jest świetnym gospodarzem. Komunikacja przebiega bardzo sprawnie, uzyskaliśmy wskazówki dotyczące lokalnych atrakcji i mogliśmy skorzystać z rowerów, aby udać się na przejażdżkę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce! Jeszcze raz dziękujemy za wszystko 🥰

This is a great place to stay if you’re planning on doing a lot in Miami! It’s very close to the beach, downtown, the arts district, and the design district. Chloe was an amazing host. She was very responsive, and did an absolutely fantastic job! A few things you should know… The place is very small. It’s great for coming back to at night and cooking small meals, but it’s not the place you’d want to stay if you’re planning on spending the majority of your day in your AB&B. Everything supplied is bare minimum. For example, there was only two rolls of toilet paper, two towels, no additional blankets or change of sheets, etc. Just know it’s not a hotel. There are no additional amenities. A lot of reviews talk about how comfortable the bed is… it’s not. It’s your typical $99 mattress. So just be prepared if you’re planning on staying more than a couple of nights. All in all, I felt very safe, welcomed, and taken care of. It was money well spent!

Great for a short stay. Conveniently located in a good location, not too far from south beach and not too far from Fort Lauderdale. Place was spotless, great amenities , lovely pool area. Comfortable environment and will stay again if I’m ever back in Miami!

Lo encontramos muy bien , linda ubicación , todo muy ordenado , Solo tengo para decir que faltan utensilios en la cocina y hay momentos que el wifi era muy débil . Pero estuvimos muy cómodas , gracias Sergio y flia

Un lugar muy agradable, excelente para estar en familia, además, sus alrededores permiten caminar en una zona donde encuentras tiendas, restaurantes, etc.

The place was very clean, walking distance to the beach, a free parking space. I was able to leave the car parked and walk because the place is in a central location to the hot spots. I enjoyed my stay and the host was very responsive.

Hillary excelente anfitriona y el apartamento es muy cómodo, organizado y limpio. Solo recomendaría ser muchísimo más claro en el ingreso al sitio. Probablemente a la gente joven que manejamos tecnología se haga fácil el ingreso, de pronto personas mayores no lo puedan hacer tan fácil. Ejemplo : Tablero interno del acceso al apartamento.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Gute Unterkunft, schöne Gegend. Supermarkt und Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Spielplatz ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Gegend ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

We had an amazing stay! The views from every room are breathtaking. What could be better than waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the ocean every day!? Aside from the incredible location, the size of the condo was perfect for our family of 5. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is perfect for families. It even has kids cups and plates. There's beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, beach boards, an umbrella, you really don't need to bring anything for the beach. Svetlana was very good in getting back to us, when we had some requests/questions in the beginning. The pool was very nice, it's clean and also the other residents there were nice. It felt very safe because of the gated parking lot and the playground and soccer field right next to the building was a big plus for us as well.
