Great accommodation, this is the second year we've come back and everything went really well.

The house is spacious, bright and comfortable to stay in. The presence of the veranda is a plus. Very good hospitality and good responsiveness from the hosts.

One night stay. Self check-in with a key box because we arrived later than expected. Clean, functional accommodation. Even though we didn't meet Beatrice, we're very happy with our overnight stay.

Both Thibaut and his place exceeded expectations. A lovely Airbnb that was well stocked and delivered more than it promised. We had a wonderful, quiet, relaxing stay, with a short drive to access lots of climbing in the forest. Thibaut was an excellent host and was quick to accommodate our travel plans. We would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely bright and airy flat in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the market place - great location! Two large bedrooms, each with a double and a single bed. Comfortable lounge / diner with enough comfortable seating for our party of 4. Small kitchen but adequate for cooking and had plenty of pans, utensils etc. Up two flights of stairs so not suitable for those with mobility issues. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back one day!

Beautiful flat in perfect location near to everything. On the 8th floor, but traffic a little noisy in front bedroom! I would return !

This is a fabulous apartment very close to the old town, with many stores and restaurants. We loved having the terrace, even though it wax too cold to sit out there. The kitchen was well equipped. The instructions to find and enter the apartment are very easy if you follow them (which I didn’t at first, therefore a reminder!). We appreciated that it was on the ground floor. I would definitely stay here again if i return to Auxerre..

Perfect, very nice welcome for the key exchange, clear practical instructions. The studio is located on a quiet street, very nicely furnished balcony with views of the Yonne, close to shops. The accommodation was absolutely perfect, clean, well-equipped, comfortable, cozy and cozy. The parking space in the residence was very useful. We enjoyed it very much and we highly recommend it. Claudine's apartment is very nice and bright, in a quiet environment and close to downtown Auxerre. She welcomed us personally, which is different from lockboxes and rental agencies with ghost owners and contacts. We were able to get into the apartment earlier than expected without any problems. A great place to stay with the luxury of private parking. The convenience of the tram is excellent. 5 mins by tram into the city centre. The flat corresponds perfectly to the photos. It's quiet and bright and the lovely big balcony is a great bonus when the weather's nice.

Knowing the area, we chose Combleux for its calm and its proximity to the Loire for soothing walks and a pleasant environment. The accommodation is very clean and fully matches the photos and description. Ngum is very responsive by message. Our stay went well.
