If you want to recharge in the countryside, Serge and Sabrina's accommodation is the perfect place to meet with family or friends. The accommodation has everything you need for a good stay.

Pleasant cottage, located in a very nice setting, quiet. The decoration of the outbuilding with jacuzzi is full of charm. The cottage is attached to the host's house, with a shared garden. It's a shame that this is not specified in the listing. We had a nice evening, thank you.

Superb group cottage, very very well-equipped! Everything is together for a pleasant stay, with plenty of things to take care of on site (hot tub, games, ping pong, billiards, foosball) or for a walk (bikes, kayaking)! All in a very pleasant environment by the canal. David is a very welcoming and responsive host

Good stay overall at Stephane's! Very nice peaceful environment and surrounded by nature in a beautiful estate. Lots of services offered such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, badminton, foosball, barbecue etc. We had a problem with a leak from a pipe in the dishwasher, we had it repaired during the day but it prevented us from going out. The host didn't always respond to messages to let us know he was doing what was necessary, which was restrictive. The place was very clean overall but there was no duvet cover for the beds and one of the duvets was stained. Please note that the stairs are very steep. We will come back and recommend the accommodation for a stay with family or friends.

Beautiful house and perfect for a large group trip. We loved staying here and there was plenty of space for a group of 14 adults on a climbing holiday. Great location, walking distance from the forest and the bakery!! Thank you, we hope to return

A remarkable setting, beautiful, quiet, relaxing. The bedding, and the accessories and kitchen necessities are impeccable. The place is isolated but there are plenty of activities to do directly on site, with friends or family, and in all weather! Nadine was nice and very responsive to our messages! Gerard was very welcoming and always keen to help. The cottage which is located within the family renovated farm has everything that you need. And lovely views to the countryside, not too far from Sens for shopping. It's very quiet and peaceful.

The house has a lot of character and the style is really unique, which gives the stay a very pleasant and exotic atmosphere. We had a lovely stay at Estelle and Pierre's house! We were hosted very well, with kindness and homemade brioche! The house was nice, as well as the pool and garden. we spent the three beautiful days of the Pentecost weekend at Antoine's. The house has a lot of charm and is spacious. The enclosed garden is very pleasant on sunny days and the calm that reigns there allows you to fully enjoy the birdsong.
