Great place to stay!! Close to Nashville but far enough to feel like you’re out in the country. Loved having the lake to go out on as well. Definitely would come back again for sure!

Squeaky clean, private and modern come to mind when I think of how to describe this place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during Belmont University’s family weekend. The proximity to Belmont couldn’t have been better. It was an easy walk to campus which was in view from the beautiful and comfortable rooftop. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. We really appreciated the snacks, drinks and even coffee pods that were provided. The handwritten note welcoming us was a very nice personal touch and the binder with local recommendations were very helpful. The mattresses were very comfortable. Loved the garage! The only thing I would point out to those who are older, and/or injured like my husband and I are on both accounts, is the daybeds can be a little difficult to get in and out of during the night if you’re sleeping on the inside of the bed. Other than that very minor issue, everything was absolutely perfect! We would most definitely stay here again!

This place was exactly what we were looking for! The accommodations were perfect and the location was walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Karen was a great host. She provided recommendations for shopping and dining and was available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Franklin!

What an awesome stay, and phenomenal hosts. They were so proactive, and had great recommendations. The house was huge, private and perfect for entertaining large groups. Less than a $20 Uber ride for large groups to downtown. So easy to get back and forth and walkable to breakfast and the park in the mornings. The place was absolutely spotless. An exceptional stay.

Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail and the effort Daniel put into making sure we had everything we needed were exceptional. He was incredibly easy to reach whenever we had questions, making our stay smooth and worry-free. I highly recommend this home for anyone in the area. Thank you, Daniel, for a wonderful experience!

Janette was a wonderful host and we all had a great time. The place is beautiful and Janette went out of her way to make us feel at home. The whole thing exceeded our expectations!

Charming home with character in a very desirable and convenient neighborhood. House had a terraced back yard which led right up to Love Hill - with incredible views from the top. Nice touches inside - loved the nostalgic games, records and old movie cameras from the 60s. Plenty of space for our large family to enjoy. Would definitely recommend.

We loved staying here! The location is no more than 15-20 minutes away from everything which was great. The WiFi kept going out here and there but any time I messaged her to ask a question, she responded quickly and was so kind. Would stay here again, for sure.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

This was the perfect place for a Nashville getaway! It is 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, but two separate houses. It ended up working out perfectly. Both houses were extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location was peaceful and beautiful. Only a 25 minute drive to downtown. Will definitely stay again if we come back.

I would definitely stay at this place again. We had a group of 10, mostly women, staying for my daughters 21st birthday. I chose this place because it was near Percy Priest Lake, which is very beautiful, and I wanted something to do besides going on the Nashville strip. We visited the waterpark, which was great, and we were going to rent a pontoon, but it rained the next day. The bedrooms are very spacious, and has lots of closet space. There are a lot of nice touches in the rooms like lighted full length mirrors, and hampers. The enclosed screen porch was definitely a nice quiet place for my devotion time and coffee in the morning. This place was like home, because we had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with. We will see you next time we visit Nashville!
