The self-contained apartment has 2 rooms/kitchen/bathroom with a beautiful loggia, is located in the middle of the countryside; but it is only 4 km to Bremen-Vegesack and the Weser. A food market is only 1.5 km away. Carport with wallbox for electric cars can be used and there is a storage facility for bicycles, battery charging possible. In the wooded surroundings and directly on the Weser there are many opportunities for hiking or cycling.

In der Loggia könnte ein dritter separater Schlafbereich mit Gästebett (0,90 x 2,00) hergerichtet werden.

On the first floor, there is the kitchen, bathroom with shower, a living room and a bedroom with two separate beds. The attic is open with a living and working area, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed. There is a spacious balcony to the south side and with a view of the Weser.

If necessary and for larger groups, several apartments with up to 20 beds are available. Prices depend on the number of people and over. Unique apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Weser. The entire property was renovated in 2020 and impresses with upscale furnishings as well as a fantastic view of the Weser. The property is located directly on the Weserdeich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city location. Two enclosed bedrooms and the open attic room with two double beds and a sofa bed can accommodate up to five people.

"In the Old Stable" near Bremerhaven

Around 1870, the farmhouse was built by the Deelwater family. In the southern part of the house was the horse and calf stable with the hallway. This area has been converted by us into a small apartment. The property of the farm borders the "Alte Lune" where you can do a little water sports or just relax on our private beach.
