Apartment in the centre of Bremen

My terraced house with the name "Avalon" is situated in Bremen-Findorff, easily accessible to the main station as well as on foot as by a short bus ride. It only takes 15 minutes by bus, 10 by bike or half an hour on foot to reach the historic sights of the old town centre. Likewise you can easily reach the motorway, the city hall and the congress centre. A large supermarket, health food store as well as many other shops are in the vicinity, likewise restaurants of different nationalities. Despite the proximity to the town centre you enjoy a very quiet location. The street in which you can find my house is a one way road and has little traffic. Pretty fore gardens of the houses with brick facades display a pleasant environment. Bremen-Findorff is located next to the large and central Bürgerpark and the city forest and lake. It´s just a stone´s throw away from "Avalon" and there you can enjoy a good walk or do some jogging. The comfortably furnished non-smoker apartment has a double bed (1,40 m x 2 m). You also have a bedside table, a floor lamp, a desk with a chair, an open wardrobe for hanging in clothes, with a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a green plant, CD-player, radio, WiFi and a well-filled bookshelf at your disposal. Underfloor heating provides you with pleasant warmth. From the living-room you look onto a green back garden with an old apple tree. The apartment is situated in the basement. From the street you walk down a few steps, to the back garden you are at ground level. Next to the living-room you find a kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, sink, a light wooden table and two wicker chairs. Crockery and cooking utensils to prepare some food are available in a built-in cupboard. There is also a shower installed. A corridor with light tiles leads to the toilet, tiled in warm shades. "Avalon" is a non-smoker house!

Cozy room in old charming Bremen house with family

We - that's Rapha, Eva and our children (5+8 years old) live together with our roommate Felix (43 years old), his girlfriend and dog (it is usually only downstairs and doesn't run around freely in the house) in a beautiful house in Old Bremen near the Osterdeich, in the heart of an alternative district of Bremen. If you like to live authentically with a family and kids, we look forward to a pleasant time with you. We are happy to rent our guest to family-friendly people from all over the world.

It is a friendly and cozily furnished small apartment with a small kitchen and shower in the room. The apartment is integrated into a quiet terraced house and in the immediate vicinity of the university. Self check-in is possible through the key box. Due to the location, we pay particular attention to strict compliance with the prescribed hygiene. After each guest, it is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Disinfectant is available in the apartment as well as in the toilet.

Beautiful townhouse with garden

In this accommodation you have a lot of peace and quiet and can simply switch off. There is plenty of parking and you should never have a problem finding one. From the house it takes about 10 minutes to Lilienthal city center and about 35 minutes by train to get to downtown Bremen. You can walk to the train station in 5 minutes. Wi-Fi available. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the house! I'd love the chance to answer any further questions you may have.

Narrow house with lots of stairs

My cottage can host up to three persons. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom are spread over three levels. The house was completely renovated in 2019 and is used by me as a midwifery (when I host guests I do not work in the house). Everything is new and furnished with viiiiel love. A special feature are the three staircases that connect all the areas. I therefore recommend the place only for "steady" people and those who are not afraid of heights.

Friendly place, close to public transport!

The property is centrally located. The bus and tram stop is very close. By public transport you can get to the city center in approx. 15 minutes to the city center, in about 20 minutes to the train station. The airport can be reached by bus or car in just 5 minutes. Free, guarded parking is also close to the property. For walks, there is the, in 15 minutes Werdersee, which can be reached on foot, as well as the Krimpelsee.

Our vacation home is about 100 square meters and is on two floors. It has a living room, conservatory (with access to the terrace), kitchen and toilet on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Sandstedt is right on the beautiful Weser with a small harbor. There is a good connection via the A27 towards Bremen or Bremerhaven as well as a ferry connection towards Oldenburg/East Frisia.

The very maritime-inspired, attractive, well-kept townhouse is located in a fantastic, quiet location of Bremen and invites you to linger in.........and the pull-out dining table offers 8 guests enough space to 'TABLE' together! I had a very pleasant stay at Andrea's place. She is a friendly and attentive hostess who makes you feel welcome immediately. The apartment is very clean, lovingly decorated and offers plenty of space. I particularly liked the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable bed – both made the stay very pleasant. The location is also ideal, the nearest tram station is minutes away. I was in town for a yoga workshop and everything worked out wonderfully. I felt completely comfortable throughout and would love to come back.

A good place to stay with kitchen shared use, clean - except bathroom sink. Not for late sleepers as it gets restless in the house from 6 o'clock. Don't be afraid if a dog breaks into their room. That's nice and friendly, but can open the door independently 😂
