The spacious attic apartment (3rd floor) "Oskar" is located right in the heart of Bregenz. Within a few minutes walk (400 m) is the Pfänderbahn (the Bregenz local mountain), the harbor incl. Train station as well as the center of downtown Bregenz. The large bedrooms as well as the spacious living and dining area give the old building in the middle of the city of Bregen a lot of charm and are therefore the ideal place for staying at Lake Constance or Vorarlberg.

Birds, deer, foxes and other animals are our constant companions.

It consists of a kitchen, living room with pullout couch, bedroom with double bed & extra bed, and 1 bathroom with shower & toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.
