An absolute wellness oasis, we had a very nice time, the apartment is very lovingly and tastefully decorated, perfectly equipped, the garden is beautifully maintained. We really enjoyed the sauna and pool. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, we immediately took their two sweet dogs into our hearts. We felt very comfortable all around and give a smooth 10 points.

If I could, I would award 10 stars! We felt so comfortable! There was everything you needed and much more! Toys for children of all ages, a kitchen, equipped like at home. You could even cut out cookies. The view was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed the seclusion very much. The hosts were always available for any questions or excursion tips. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We escaped as a friend's soup for a few days of everyday hustle and bustle and had a magical little break in Winter Wonderland. The ski lift right outside the door (zero waiting time!!!) was perfect for the skiers among us - even with children. The cabin is simple, but has everything you need to have a good time. And you don't bother anyone when it gets a little fun 😁 Annette is super personable and gave us many tips for activities in the area. But we were so happy about the relaxed atmosphere that we hardly left the grounds. If you don't need luxury, this is the place to be! We will be happy to come back. 😊

A quiet, nicely furnished apartment with balcony. Private parking. Everything available except a TV. Nearby there is a farm shop with delicious ice cream, cheese, fresh eggs, etc. You can easily get to Bregenz and beyond by bus.

Six of us spent a few days here and enjoyed the time very much. Thanks to sunny weather, we were able to use the beautiful terrace extensively and walk in the area. The Bödele ski lift is within walking distance. The place is very nice and lovingly furnished and we immediately felt comfortable. Everything was very clean, the kitchen is well equipped. The contact with Charly was also very pleasant. Overall, we can clearly recommend the accommodation!

The second family reunion. Three generations. Everyone feels comfortable. The fireplace and its surroundings are a great center. And for those who like to withdraw, there is plenty of space and rooms. Then the location in the middle of the forest. Completely secluded. Hardly any reception of mobile data. Perfect for getting into the city. dig out games. See you next time.

Juliane's place was as described. The organic construction makes a super good energy - we felt immediately comfortable. It has everything that makes the stay easy. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility and the great view. We were able to hike and walk directly from the house. The sauna in the house was nice. We would have liked to use it more, but were there on the closed days. Juliane is very nice, easily accessible and super helpful. We will be happy to come back!

We were given all the information about the apartment in advance so that we could easily find everything. Timo was also easily accessible at any time. On our arrival the hot tub was already hot and the apartment in impeccable condition. In addition, Timo had kindly put sparkling wine in the fridge due to New Year's Eve. Furthermore, coffee capsules and fresh fruit were provided. We had a great stay all around.

The apartment was very clean and there was everything you could ever need, including sauna. Also all the utensils for cooking were there. Quiet neighborhood. The Balderschwang ski resort is only about 15 minutes away. Tanja's apartment is highly recommended.

We were impressed by the view of the valley that this apartment offers with the huge window front. The apartment is modern and super cozy at the same time. It is a bit off the beaten track, but for us it was a perfect location between Lindau and Balderschwang. Communication with Christoph is prompt and friendly. We definitely want to come back soon.

We had a very nice stay in Annette's apartment. The apartment is nice and well equipped and has a fantastic view from the balcony. Bread and pizza service are great! Annette provided us with all the important and current information for the area on a printout right at the beginning (e.g. which huts, restaurants and cable cars are already open). Thank you.

There were three of us with a child over New Year's Eve and we had exactly what we were looking for. Four days in a cabin on the mountain with sledges and wood stove. With the sled, we were able to hike through winter landscapes on a closed snow blanket and spend time without moving the car. The cabin is the most cozy place when it gets dark and you sit by the fire in the wood-paneled parlor.

We spent five days for the winter ski vacation. Group of 16 people Impeccable cleanliness upon arrival Three beautiful queen/king size double bedrooms and impeccable bedding A dormitory with a double bed and 4 very comfortable single beds. A dormitory with 10 impeccable single beds for teenagers Common areas are spacious and allow you to eat together and spend pleasant evenings playing games. We may regret that there are only two bathrooms: one with a single shower and another with two showers side by side (very nice for couples😂). A third shower room would be appreciated given the number of residents With a little discipline, everything went well. And it's just a detail. The kitchen is impeccable and very well-equipped. To get to the Arlberg area, the free shuttle passes in front of the chalet. The stop is a 10-minute walk with ski boots and a 15-minute drive Really impeccable for a group of friends

Our stay at the place was very pleasant. We liked the fireplace the most, which we also lit. Then it got really nice and warm and cozy. Our dog also felt really comfortable and had a nice big garden to romp around. What we also found heartwarming was that the hostess had put down a towel for us to clean the paws of our dog (we unfortunately had not thought of that). Nearby is also a Spar so that nothing stood in the way of physical well-being. The area is breathtakingly beautiful. We would book the place again anytime. The communication between the hostess and us also went well. Everything totally straightforward and friendly. If you want to recover from the stress of everyday life, this is the place to be. For us, it was great and we were able to see the family (who lives there) again for a while :-)

Our stay was just great! It just had enough snow, and our older daughter was able to ski for the first time. The T-bar right in front of the apartment was perfect for beginners – and especially practical because she often had enough after 15 minutes. Then the playground right in front of the apartment was ideal to keep our children busy. The village center is a few minutes' walk away, and the apartment itself is beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back! A big thank you to Elmar for the great hospitality – and for forwarding our forgotten clothing package. An all-round perfect stay!

We stayed in one of the two apartments for four nights. The apartment is really nicely decorated and has everything you need to feel comfortable there. The view is great, in the middle of the mountains and therefore quiet. You can hike directly from there. In the same building there is a restaurant that is managed by the hosts and where you can eat and drink delicious food and drink some days a week (during our stay Thu-Sun). Every now and then there are bread baking classes. Karo and her husband were absolutely kind and helpful. On the day of arrival, they left the kitchen in the restaurant open longer for us in consultation, as we arrived after 7 pm. They gave us valuable insider tips for hikes/activities and also helped us with a small injury! Thank you again, we will be happy to come back.🙂
