The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. This charming listing is even better than advertised. Arrival instructions were clear and we arrived on a very cold day and the host had heated the apartment for us. Stepping in felt like a warm hug and it was easy to make ourselves at home. It's a beautiful property, full of light and a kitchen with enough gadgets and plates to make an elaborate meal. Sophie was an extremely communicative hostess, sharing relevant information and checking in occasionally. The town itself is very walkable, cute and full of friendly locals. If you have a car, definitely zip around to other towns and check out Binz, Göhren, Baabe, etc. Drive yourself to KARL's and enjoy an affordable lunch and all of the strawberry flavored treats and accessories that you can handle. Königsstuhl was a fun excursion and hike as well. After a full day out of sightseeing this penthouse was a perfect retreat and landing pad. Huge, plush couch, great tv and all the comforts of home. Perfect property for my first Ostsee visit.

The small house has everything you need in everyday life and even a little more. It is very lovingly decorated and we felt very comfortable right away. Especially the garden and terrace is really very nice to sit and the surroundings are quiet. The only drawback, however, is that there is no privacy screen to the neighbors on the left side, which did not bother us, but even more beautiful it would probably have been with you anyway. Nevertheless, the property is fenced all around, so escape-proof and perfect with a dog. We were really very satisfied and enjoyed our holiday very much.

A beautiful spacious and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Usedom. Many excursion destinations easily accessible by bike or car. Kitchen is well equipped. Bed linen was clean and towels were available in sufficient numbers. The large shower is also perfect if you are on site with small children. The only drawback: With our large bus, we did not get into the assigned parking space (personal bad luck). But right on the street we could always park without any problems. :) Conclusion: We booked right back at home.

Simply perfect. The apartment was like described and even exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very friendly and we had felt very welcome from the first minute. In addition, our dachshund lady was treated as a princess, ❤️ the location is also great: secluded, but very easy to reach by car, very quiet and you can hike from the apartment well.

Originally I had booked the apartment only for myself and my husband. But then we decided to take my mother with us. Another person was no problem at all here. The surrounding area is great for nature lovers and great walks. For shopping and sightseeing, it's just under 10 minutes by car. For all fish eaters, the fish palace around the corner is a must. The apartment is chic and functional. What is missing in small things can be overlooked and seen over. We will be happy to come back.

We were allowed to spend a very relaxing weekend in Britta's vacation home. Everything was as described: the kitchen super equipped, the beds very comfortable.. a thoroughly recommended accommodation. The contact with Britta was great, she responded in a timely manner and had good recommendations on site. The accommodation has a quiet location, but you can quickly get to the many beautiful beaches of the island by car. Also recommended for visitors to the Ralswiek natural stage, as this or the parking lot is only 5 minutes away. We will hopefully come back again and bring more time to enjoy the property! :)
