But, if you step outside, you will be within walking distance of all the nice restaurants, shops, coffee shops and cafes that Burgundian Breda is rich in. A bicycle is also available in consultation. And if you also give "our Annie" some attention, she or one of her sisters will reward you with a delicious fresh egg!

Close to the bustling Breda and yet in the middle of nature lies this unique accommodation. There is a separate entrance with a large private garden for you as a guest with an attractive covered outdoor room. You enter a hall where you will find a separate kitchen with all the necessities and a place where you can eat. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, TV, WiFi and a separate sitting area. The bathroom has a shower. There are 2 bicycles for you. We can serve breakfast in consultation for €12 per person.

Less than 2 kilometers and you are in the heart of Breda. 500 meters from the center of Ginneken and a shopping center 80 meters away. Ideal for holidays, (romantic) weekend getaway and suitable for children and the disabled. A spacious garden, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. The sofa can be used as a double bed, but the most pleasant stay is with 5 people + 1 baby. Plenty to do for young and old!

The house has its own entrance from the street. Is set up for 4 persons max. Very quiet location in large garden of national monument in the center of Breda. Ground floor 35 m2, floor with indoor balcony 25 m2. Complete kitchen and bathroom, very fast wifi, modern smart TV, all shops nearby and within 8 minutes you are at the large market of Breda. Easily accessible with public transportation from the station. Parking for a car is available on private property next to the house for 5 euros a day.

This studio has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, combi oven-microwave, refrigerator with freezer and a 4-burner induction hob. Also an airconditioner (split-unit), dining table with 4 chairs, Qled 55" SmartTV, boxspring double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet and very fastWiFi (250Mbit). In connection with the location please take the neighborhoods into account and for protection there is a security camera in the public hallway. Also no visitors allowed unless consulted with the owner.
