Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By Sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can go directly from the house to hiking trails and cross-country cycling. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

Amazing mountain experience in Ottsjö in Åre

In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Newly built cottage of 30 sqm with bedroom, sofa bed, kitchen and cozy sleeping loft. 15 min to cross country skiing or hiking, 5 min to swimming and fishing in Indalsälven and 11 min to alpine skiing or downhill cycling in Åre. St Olavsleden passes outside the cabin. The cottage is located on the villa plot overlooking the mountain Välliste. Good connections by bus and train to Åre which is 12km away. The cottage is 400 meters from Undersåkers train station (there is an electric car charger) and 150 meters from the bus stop.

The cottage is located in Undersåker in a smaller residential area and with 1 mile to Åre and southern Årefjällen, there are plenty of activities. It is within walking distance to Ica and train station. Outside the house, there is storage for ski equipment as well as its own parking with engine heater. The price includes bed linen, towels and cleaning.

The starting position is perfect for tours in the mountains around, regardless of the season. You are never far to ski trips, alpine skiing, hiking, cycling, paddling or fishing. By car you can reach Undersåker or Edsåsdalen in 5 minutes. Trillevallen in 10 minutes. To Åre it takes 20 minutes and Vålådalen is reached in 30 minutes.

Despite the secluded location, it is only 800m to E14 where there is a bus stop. It is 2 km to Undersåker train station and nearest Ica store! To Åre village it is about 12 km (10 min by car).
