Kitchen with basic equipment, fridge/freezer, stove with oven, microwave, toaster. No dishwasher. Toilet with toilet, shower, sink and storage cabinet. The guest house is located on the same lot as the cottage hosts' house. Welcome!

Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning should be done before you check out and should be thoroughly done, for example, vacuum, dry the floors, dust the bathroom and the kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included to the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

In Molkom 10 minutes away there is a shop, pharmacy, etc. * In the beautiful surroundings, there is a lot to discover! Nature reserve, wonderful forests with nice hiking trails. Lakes with good fishing opportunities all year round. From the house it is 350 meters down to Lake Västra Örten with a nice beach. 🌟The cottage is under renovation, new pictures will be posted as it becomes clear. 🌟

FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.
