Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Brasov

My family and I have met from different countries at Iulia’s place and I must say it was a pleasure to have stayed at her place. It was spacious and clean just as described. Walking distance to most places we have been, local shops, restaurants and central. I definitely recommend to others .

Am avut o experiență pozitivă la această vilă. Ne-am cazat într-un grup de 8 persoane și am avut toate utilitățile de care am avut nevoie. Bucătăria este dotată cu de toate, am găsit orice am avut nevoie, salonul este spațios și frumos amenajat. În plus, terasa din curte este un avantaj mai ales atunci când gătești ceva la grătar. Administrația a fost foarte receptivă și la orice întrebare ne-a răspuns și ajutat. Am stat două zile și am savurat la maxim. Suntem mulțumiți și aș reveni aici cu mare drag!

Absolutely amazing! Ana's home is perfect for a family reunion. All the rooms were spotless and Ana was a great host. I highly recommend her place

Locatia este superba, cu priveliste catre munte. Am avut un weekend in familie superb. Casa foarte curata iar Bogdan este foarte receptiv.

The host was very responsive and he was very flexible. We enjoyed very much our stay there. The location is close to the bus station, 15 minutes walking from train station and you can find a lot of grocery stores nearby.

Excelent villa and overall stay for us. we had everything we needed and our host was always helpfull whenever we asked anything from him. Great rooms, very interesting design choices (at least in the room I stayed) but everything matches the pictures which is great. Because it was winter we had only the small hot tube which was intimately placed so the neighbours wouldn't bother you. To be honest, we had our sceptisim at first because of the price but after our first two hours at the villa we realised it was worth it. The host clearly put a lot of work to make it so great. We didn't miss anything, great view and area, spitless clean and a very responsive host. Definately worth going, I totally recommend!

Ενα πολύ όμορφο, ζεστό και καθαρό σπίτι με τρία υπνοδωμάτια, δύο μπάνια, ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, οργανωμένη κουζίνα και μια όμορφη αυλή. Ο Ιονούτ μας υποδέχθηκε στην άφιξή μας και μας ξενάγησε στο χώρο. Είναι πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης και μας άρεσε η φιλική του προσέγγιση. Έχει λίγο χωματόδρομο αλλά δεν είναι και τόσο κακό. Ευχαριστούμε για την Φιλοξενία Ιονούτ. Σίγουρα θα σας επισκεφθούμε πάλι.

We spent a week in this wonderful place, and it greatly exceeded our expectations. Alex is a very hospitable, chill, and accommodating host, not to mention he has excellent taste in furnishing and decorating. What made our stay even more memorable was the breathtaking view to the mountanins this place offers. If you choose to stay here, you’ll find everything you need for your trip and more, as the amenities are bountiful. The place was spotless, in a very quiet area, and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Second time staying in this apartment for a vacation. Will definitely book the place again.

Good for a small family, clean and well equipped kitchen. Definitely value for money.

The place is perfect and the host is very kind and helpful! Keep in mind that the location is really, really central, if you’re travelling by car.

We stayed there for 2 nights, the place is clean and well set , had everything we could possibly think of like curly and straight hair dryer ,all kitchen utensils and lots lots more we were surprised of how they thought of everything. They have a book to guide you where to go near places what to do how to turn everything on it was great and handy. The apartment itself was in the center all the cool places was like a 2 min walk with the amazing view. Close to the bus station if u want to go to poiana like we planned, 5 min walk to the best club in brasov called times and really we had the best times there . Overall we are VERY satisfied with the stay 100% would stay there again .

Recomand, curatenie, totul a fost asa cum a trebuit cand am ajuns, cheia descrierea, foarte multumit. Locatia este bine pozitionata, faci cam 15-20 de min pe jos pana in Piata Sfatului, cu masina 4-5 minute. Am gasit si parcare destul de usor.

M-am simțit foarte bine în această cazare,curățenia de nota 10.Locuinta arată exact ca în poze.Multumim mult pentru ședere, vom revenii și altădată

Alloggio pulitissimo spazioso e ordinato, host gentilissimo e disponibile ad aiutare e alle domande Letto enorme e bellissimo salone spazioso e accogliente , cucina moderna e dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Nel complesso ottimo!

Am avut o experiență minunată în apartamentul închiriat din Poiana Brașov. Apartamentul a fost extrem de curat și frumos organizat, exact cum ne-am dorit. Am primit instrucțiuni clare și detaliate pentru a găsi parcarea și apartamentul, ceea ce a făcut totul foarte simplu și fără stres. Ne-am bucurat de momente plăcute la piscină, iar copiii s-au distrat de minune la locul de joacă. Totul a fost bine gândit pentru a ne oferi o ședere relaxantă și confortabilă. Recomand cu încredere acest loc pentru o vacanță reușită în Poiana Brașov!

The house was beautiful, the pictures do not reflect the house itself. Everything was easily found and all amenities accounted for. Excellent outside space would be amazing in th3 summer. Thanks John.

On the edge of the lovely old town of Brasov. Bus stop close to the house was good as parking in old Brasov was limited. House was clean and comfortable with some glamour.

Great home in a beautiful location in the mountains, but with close access to Brasov (and many great shops and restaurants). Cozy and felt right at home. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. Just FYI— the road closest to the house is in very poor condition. The hosts were very clear about this, so we were glad to have a vehicle with a higher clearance for this. If you have/rent a sporty car, it may be difficult to access the driveway.

Great and spacious villa for a group. we were two families with 12 people, and found lots of space to sleep in, large living and dining area, and big kitchen with infinite kitchen aids, including all that you can imagine - pots, dishes, silverwomare, etc.. place was clean, lots of space for our cars, and heating worked great. Just less then 10 minutes drive from Sinaia center and very private.

We were a large group staying at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone between the bedrooms, the living room room and the games area. The property was roughly a 5-10minutes Uber from the local town. The host was great at communicating with us and even gave us local shop recommendations. The showers were a little slow to heat up on the third floor, but when questioned with the owner they explained to leave the showers running for 5-10 minutes for the water to heat up on the top floor due to the size of the property. The house was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped with a coffee machines, kettle, panini maker and all your essentials. This property was perfect for our large group and was topped off by the hot tub outside which was amazing in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again

O vila cu o priveliște foarte frumoasa , spațioasă și liniștita

Отлично провели время, замечательная природа и окресности. Джакузи под открытым небом было супер, детям понравилось. Большой вместительный дом с хорошей мебелью и чистым постельным бельем. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых.

Fantastic host and property. Amalia was more than accommodating and very friendly and responsive. Property well maintained and clean, stunning views from the balcony and lovely front and back garden, adequate room for kids to play outside. Remus was also there to support at any time if needed. Social place on top floor was amazing and enjoyable bringing everyone together for the day or evening . Overall lovely stay and I would recommend.
