 Renovated in April 2019, the designers tried to keep the character of the building, keeping the original brickwork and wooden beams and restoring certain items such as: the 100 year old clawfoot bathtub and the Thonet washstand found in the attic bathroom, the Thonet chairs and the eclectic floor lamps in the living room.

Magazinul Lidl este peste drum.Cartierul este linistit, pe dealul Cetatii, cu privelisti frumoase. Poiana Bv este la 30 de minute cu masina.
