Our stay was great, we already knew the property and we liked it a lot when we stayed the first time, this was very short and we really wanted to stay longer, the apartment is great, super well-equipped, very clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. And there is also a plus, which is the position of the apartment overlooking the pool and a green reserve that brings a very good peace and quiet to wake up and be able to have this view is inspiring. In short, everything is very good and whenever we stay or pass through Brasilia, we hope that it is available for booking.

Rubens' accommodation is perfect, the apartment is very well organized, clean and has everything you need to welcome guests. Pollyana's apartment has an excellent location, close to malls and the main road and is located inside a hotel. This is a very positive point for the 24-hour reception, the ease of requesting an Uber or taxi and also the possibility of having a hearty and delicious breakfast at an additional cost of R$55.00. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, with excellent quality bed and bath linens and a small balcony from which you have a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset of the city. Pollyana was very attentive and helpful to my requests. I recommend it and I will stay there again when I go to Brasilia again.

Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply a great place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen with all the accessories and utensils you can imagine, and integrated with the dining and living room. The separate barbecue area next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with a fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with different types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent most of the time in the position. We are so grateful for the welcome we received from our host Sérgio. It was a spectacular family vacation!

The house is great, super nice, airy and with an excellent patio. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and all equipment working. Lighting is an issue, because it's not intuitive - some switches are hidden. It's well explained in the house manual, but you need to read it to understand. The location is also good for those with appointments in the Lago Sul region. Next to the Lago Sul Bridge, a place to stroll around the lake and enjoy good food and great drinks. The pool was always covered with a tarp and the gardener didn't show up to clean it, so we ended up not using it. For those who are going to cook in the house, it is good to provide food and kitchen purchases (napkins, paper towels and plastic wrap). We liked the identification system at the entrance, super safe. However, some app drivers had trouble identifying the group. The doormen did not have readily available information.

Excellent accommodation for couples. There's a grocery store in the condominium that saves the day. And Flávia is super helpful and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, very well organized and super well located in Águas Claras. Staying inside the mall was an incredible differential – we had restaurants, cafes and shops at our disposal all the time. The building is charming, and the staff are extremely attentive and polite. I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in the day you arrive and check in. The Ofuro is paid but it is very warm and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive, but it was worth it.
